AVOID - BED BUGS AND MICE.

Cons:

Hotel from hell, although not listed as such the entirety of our floor smelt like a smoking hotel. Strong scent of cigarettes.

Upon arrival, room service was still in our room cleaning it, they handled it amicably though, not their fault - managements.

More importantly, we settled down for the night, and then when I turned the light on to go to the bathroom, bed bugs had come out and were all over both beds.

Could not sleep here, at all. Extremely uncomfortable after that, and as we were packing our bags going to leave, a mouse ran out from under the bed and under the gap of the front door, presumably into his next victims room.

Disgusting conditions, couldn’t pay me to sleep here.

Honourable mention: no security measures on fourth floor window; opens all the way just perfectly for someone to fall out. Accident waiting to happen.

Good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Just need to ask you when you check in if you need items like hair dryer or iron etc. Otherwise you end up making long walks down to reception when you discover the room doesn’t have anything in it any more!

Close to the central station. Easy check-in. Cozy room, bed and towels were clean.

Cons:

Elevevator was dirty and slow. The private bathroom was not attached to the room. Your private bathroom is in the hallway.
