Es war eine Katastrophe
Cons:

Zimmer bei Anreise nicht bezugsfertig. Wir mussten 1 Stunde warten. Badezimmer mit einer Dusche in der Badewanne. Kaum zu glauben bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. WC zum Teil kaputt. Deckenleisten hingen herunter

Pros:

This hotel was convenient for the place I was going to. A bit disappointing that there wasn't an U or S Bahn nearby, but the hotel itself was fine.

Cons:

Seems some of the fitting had seen better days: Door handle in the room came off on the inside, the knob for the shower setting was unscrewed and I had to screw it on, and I when I had a shower the tap was also running and vice versa, maybe something to do with the setting knob?

Dejligt roligt ophold i forbindelse med koncert
Pros:

Dejlig morgenmad med fint udvalg. Central beliggenhed med egen parkering. Meget stille på hotellet. Trafik heller ikke hørbar. Dejligt hotel med fine faciliteter.

Cons:

Kun en kaffemaskine til morgenmad. Ville være bedre med 2, da køen ikke ville være så lang :-)

Für eine Nacht okay.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Barclays Arena, so dass man zu Fuß dorthin gehen konnte. Die Trapprennbahn ist gleich gegenüber und somit auch die direkte Verbindung zum ÖPNV.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich bin viel in Hotels unterwegs und eine vier Sterne Auszeichnung hat das Hotel nicht ganz verdient, was die Zimmer Ausstattung angeht.
Raufasertapete, ältere Teppichboden, Dusche in der Badewanne . Nur eine Bettdecke, die andere war in einem Plastiksack verstaut, obwohl wir für zwei Personen gebucht hatten.
Man kann noch so viel hinstellen, an Wasserkocher, Seife, Tee und Co, aber das Ambiente ist nicht das, eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Ein solides 3 Sterne Hotel, sauber und ordentlich.

Dafür 270€ für eine Nacht- etwas zu teuer!

Übernachtung mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und engagiert. Der Lobbybereich ist ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und der Flur in 4. OG müssen dringend renoviert werden. Wir haben inkl. Parkplatz 187 € (ohne Frühstück für eine Nacht) gezahlt und hier stimmt das gebotene nicht mit dem Preis überein. Die Möblierung ist altbacken, es gibt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren (besonders im Bad und in dem Flurbereichen). Wir würden sehr wahrscheinlich nicht erneut buchen.

Sehr gutes Hotel für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, obwohl es zur Straße ging. Die Einrichtung war funktionell und sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und die Zimmerkarten hatten ein Blumenmotiv, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser, weil die Duschwand über der Wanne keine Abdichtung hatte. Der Abfluss lief erst ab, als wir den Abfluss herausgenommen haben.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine lange Schlange am Kaffeeautomaten, weil es nur einen gibt.
