Pros:

Comfortable bed, good sized room, bedroom area separated with additional door from the bathroom and corridor, which isolates it better from corridor noises. Bath tube. Pizza can be taken from restaurant to room.

Cons:

Lack of blinds, the sun shines and wakes me up too early. Noises from traffic passing by the street, had to sleep with ear plugs. Lack of support on the wall to hold shower, curtain lets water fall into bathroom floor
