Good, comfortable room, within short walking distance from DESY
Pros:

The highlights: spacious, comfortable room, pleasant carpet. Wide bed. Good storage options in the room. Good bathroom. Convenient working desk.

Cons:

Bathtub is quite high for not-so-tall guests. It was not my case, but I can imagine shorter folks struggling just a little.
Pillows are too soft.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Hotel in guter Lage.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken wurde ich lange ignoriert.
Auf Nachfrage, ob ich einchecken könne wurde mir erklärt: Das liege daran, dass ich unaufgefordert an den Thresen herangekommen wäre und der Datenschutz nicht mehr gewährleistet gewesen wäre.

Ein tolles Hotel wenn man in der Nähe was vor hat. Viel Natur ist in der Nähe und zur S Bahn Station Stellingen ist es z
Pros:

Die Lage ist super wenn man in die Barclays Arena, zum Stadion oder vielleicht auch zu Trabrennbahn möchte. Das Frühstück war top.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, kann man nicht sagen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Lüftungsanlage wäre vielleicht gut, würde einem Zeit ersparen. Das war’s dann aber auch.

Zentrale Lage im Volkspark, gute Bettmatratzen.

Cons:

Abgewetzte Betten, alter Teppichboden, zu hohe Badewanne mit gefährlichen Einstieg, keine Dusche, sehr schlecht schallisolierte Fenster, schlechtes Essen

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und der Aufenthalt war erholsam.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Das Zimmer entsprach in Größe und Ausstattung unseren Erwartungen und das zu einem, für Hamburger Verhältnisse, fairen Preis. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichlich und die Qualität gut. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der ganze Ablauf war gut organisiert.
Zeitgleich mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel waren auch viele Fußballfans eingebucht. Aber es war weder vor dem Spiel noch danach laut oder überfüllt.

Cons:

Die Getränkepreise im Restaurant empfand ich als etwas hoch, für ein 0,5 l gezapftes Bier 7 €, das ist bei den aktuellen Bierpreisen schon sportlich. Aber auch im Restaurant war das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Für eine Nacht als Übernachtung wegen eines Events o.Ä. eine gute Anlaufstelle.
Pros:

Wir waren dort, um zum Fußballspiel in den Volkspark zu gehen. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt, man kann bequem in 20min zum Stadion laufen. Das Hotel hat auch eine Bar, an der man entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen konnte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm, auch als ich die Klimaanlage auf 19°C herunter gedreht hab, ist es nicht wirklich kühler geworden. Für ein Frühstück zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis noch 20€ zu berechnen, finde ich auch etwas ungerechtfertigt.

Einmalige Buchung, nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Betten okay.

Cons:

Total in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Nutzung des eigenen Föns flackerte plötzlich das Licht. Armaturen der Badewanne kaputt, sodass man nicht auf die Duschbrause umstellen konnte.
Super laut von der Straße her. Zimmerkarte hat regelmäßig nicht mehr funktioniert.
