Gutes Hotel mit sehr kompetentem und freundlichen Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Betten-/ Matratzenkomfort sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage zum Volksparkstadion (HSV)

Cons:

Ausstattung und Zimmer nicht mehr komplett entsprechend dem Standard. Betten- und Teppichdesign veraltet, z.T. größere Abnutzungserscheinungen erkennbar. Matratze des 3. Bettes (=Schlafcouch) sehr dünn.

Ideal für einen Fußballtrip
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit Nähe zum Volksparkstadion bzw zum Bus in die Innenstadt oder Landingsbrücken

Cons:

Ich war vor rund 15 Jahren erstmals in diesem Hotel. Der Teppichboden auch.

4 gwiazdkowy Hotel ale te gwiazdki to chyba przyznane 30 lat temu
Mieliśmy pokój na piątym piętrze w windzie przycisk numer 5 nie działał więc trzeba było jechać na czwarte i wchodzić schodami na piąte
W łazience zastaliśmy wyciek wody z toalety
Woda kapała na podłogę po rozmowie z obslugą dostaliśmy nowy pokój . Każdy pokój położone wykładziny bardzo leciwe brzydzilem się zdjąć w nim skarpety, obdrapane materace oraz bardzo gorąco w pokoju klima nie sprawna mimo tego iż dopiero marzec.

Die Lage zum Volksparkstadion war gut. Das war es allerdings. Parken in der Nähe kostenlos.

Cons:

Abgewohntes Zimmer, Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer (fast gleicher Zustand) kostenpflichtig, sehr laut.
