Pros:

- Lage perfekt
- nettes Personal
- Tiefgarage (preislich OK)

Cons:

- morgens werden die Türen durchgehend geknallt von den Mitarbeitern, aber ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
- Bettdecken zu klein, für ein Doppelbett. Ist wahrscheinlich nur für eine Person.

La ubicación esta bien, tal como habíamos pensado.
El colchón era cómodo

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen moqueta, esto hace que no se pueda limpiar bien el suelo, y además el olor al entrar no era agradable, siempre abríamos la ventana.

Tolles Hotel bei dem man innerhalb von 30 min den Hafen erreicht mit den Öffentlichen

Cons:

Fenster konnte man nicht aufmachen, da die Straße zu laut war.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank für die Unterbringung von Kleinigkeiten wäre ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt gewesen.
Die Zimmertüren sind sehr laut und gehen etwas schwer, nur mit Krach, zu.

I would not repeat. Hotel is old, worn down, overpriced.....Mercure is getting expensive....
Pros:

Location is good. Close to Italian restaurant.

Cons:

Staff quite sombre. Upon reserving a room online with booking, with all criteria, upon payment I got a receipt for another type of room and less people. Booking you need to simplify your booking process. No tricks.

Preis-Leistung stimmt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen in Hamburg optimal. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie ein Sessel und großzügige Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Gepäck sowie ein gut einstellbare Klimaanlage und ein Bad mit Badewanne zum Entspannen ergeben ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Lederunterlage der Boxspringbetten sind etwas abgenutzt, das sollte behoben werden, auch ein Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert.

Okay, but restaurant was closed and the air conditioning didn't work.
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm to check in. We were then told the restaurant had closed at 7pm for a private party - there was no warning in advance that this was happening.

The air-conditioning in the room didn't work and the only alternative they could offer was a twin room (for three of us - assume they would have squeezed in a put up bed, but that wasn't offered). We slept with the window open, which helped a bit but was noisy and meant we could smell the smokers hanging outside the front of the hotel. The door to the bathroom also didn't close unless you slammed it.

The breakfast buffet was fine (hot & cold) and the staff working the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Overall it was okay, but wouldn't hurry back.
