Pros:

Ruhige Lage, schönes Zimmer allerdings ohne Fernseher und das Gebäude wo unser Zimmer war wirkt eher wie ein Jugendherberge was aber auch beschrieben wurde und uns nicht gestört hat da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Leckeres Frühstück sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Eine ruhige und entspannte Auszeit am Rand von Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage ist schon etwas besonderes. Der Garten und die Anlage des Hauses sind sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt mit Blick auf die Elbe, der in den Sommermonaten von grossen Bäumen etwas versperrt ist. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von einem netten Service begleitet.

Cons:

Die kleinen Kissen, aber ich habe auch nicht nach anderen Optionen gefragt. Die Rezeption war ab einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr besetzt. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Das stellt kein Problem dar.

Das ESBH ist eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter ÖPNV-Verbindung in die Stadt
Pros:

Das traditionelle Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, überrascht beim einfachen, aber völlig ausreichendem Frühstück mit einem dabei recht überfordertem Personal (kein Abräumen gebrauchten Geschirrs, Nachfüllen der Lebensmittel häufig erst auf Nachfrage), die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet, verfügen aber weder über Radio noch TV, man schläft in guten Betten sehr ruhig und wird morgens von fröhlichem Vogelgezwitscher geweckt.

Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und spartanisch. Die Matratze eine Zumutung. Alles sehr hellhörig, man wurde immer wieder wach, wenn jemand in sein Zimmer ging.

Außergewöhnlich sauber!
Pros:

Super Lage direkt im Villenviertel. Extrem sauber. Ruhig.

Cons:

Etwas kleines Zimmer aber das steht ja auch in der Zimmerbeschreibung. Für meine eine Übernachtung war es aber okay. Leider wurde mir der falsche Zugangscode zugeschickt. Ich verbuche das aber als Ausrutscher.

Schöne, aber abgelegene Lage
Pros:

Schöne Lage im Grünen. Sehr ruhig. Das von außen nicht so schöne 70er-Jahre-Gästehaus ist innen geschmackvoll modernisiert, wenn die Zimmer auch klein sind.

Cons:

Leider umständlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Den Blick auf die Elbe gibt es nur von wenigen Punkten. Mein Zimmer im 70er-Jahre-Gästehaus blickte nur in Bäume hinein.

Een zeer goed verzorgde hotel ervaring.
Pros:

De prachtige parkachtige ligging van deze villa

Cons:

Veel trapjes buiten om bij de diverse ingangen van gebouwen te komen.
Het gebouw heeft een dubbele functie, naast onder andere een conferentiecentrum zijn er ook hotelkamers. Waardoor het ontbijt tot half tien is. Best vroeg, maar zo goed verzorgd in een prachtige zaal met landelijk uitzicht.
