It is a nice place to stay as a tourist.

Die Lage ist gut, denn Restaurants und der Bahnhof befinden sich direkt vor der Tür.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Allerdings musste man vom Haupthaus aus erst zum Bahnhof Altona zurückgehen, dann einen Aufzug benutzen und nach ein paar Stufen war man schließlich im Zimmer. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof hat natürlich ihre Vorteile.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, waren dann allerdings alleine in einem 5-Bett-Zimmer untergebracht. Eigentlich kein Thema, aber die Heizung war nicht selbsterklärend, was in der Nacht ein wenig kühl war. Das Bad ist funktional, allerdings hatte man ein wenig Angst, die teils losen Fliesen kaputtzumachen. Ich denke, das lässt sich kurzfristig beheben.

Pros:

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel in Hamburg ! Das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, das Personal ist mit dem Herzen dabei, man fühlt sich einfach spontan wohl sobald man ankommt. :)

Super Lage, alles sauber. Schöne Zimmer. Bahnhof und Parkhaus direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Kein Nachtportier, Gäste die nachts kamen haben ihre Zimmer nicht gefunden und sind lautstark 2h umhergeirrt

Nie wieder!
Cons:

Im früheren Einzelzimmer wurde ein zweites Bett gestellt. Abstand von Bett zu Bett 90 cm. Vom Schreibtisch aus ist eine Steckdose nur mittels Verlängerungskabel erreichbar. Die Tür zum Bad schränkt das Sitzen am Schreibtisch ein. Geübte Kritik wurde ins lächerliche gezogen. Einstmals war das Hotel gut, doch ein Betreiberwechsel hat dies zu Nichte gemacht!

Für zwei nächste akzeptabel
Pros:

Der Check in war unkompliziert und das Frühstück auch gut und vor allem ausreichend. Nur der Kaffee war dann leider im laufe der Frühstückszeit leer.
Die Koffer am Abreisetag abgeben um sie erst später wieder zu holen hat auch ohne große Umstände funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Altona hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Laut der Beschreibung handelt es sich um Allergikerfreundliche Zimmer. Dazu gehören für mich jedoch auch, dass man keine Daunenkissen im Zimmer hat. Die Kissen waren auch sehr luftig, so da man das Gefühl hatte mit dem Kopf auf der Matratze zu liegen. Beim Bad hat man gemerkt das es irgendwie eine Notlösung war. Es war eine Plastikkabine, welche im Mauerwerk verbaut war. Wenn man auf der Toilette saß, konnte man sich in der Dusche die Füße wasche…

Merite Hotel HH Altona - sehr gerne wieder 👍
Pros:

Zentrale Lage unweit vom Bahnhof Altona , stilvolles Hotel mit schönem Ambiente , Musical Theater Neue Flora auch fußläufig in 15 min gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Da gab es nix zu Makeln , vielleicht das nur wenige Fernseh- Programme verfügbar waren ( in diesem Zimmer zumindest)
