Convenient location near the observatory, but outdated facilities, poor service, uncomfortable rooms
Pros:

It's a good location for those who want to be close to the observatory. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about the facility.

Cons:

The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. Guests were often discouraged from sitting in the garden area and were repeatedly asked to remain upstairs instead, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

The room lacked several basic amenities that I would normally expect at this price level. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, no refrigerator for storing personal food or drinks, no complimentary water, and no telephone to contact the reception directly.

The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. There was apparently a second network available, but when we asked about access, the staff were unwilling to assist.

The building itself felt very old and poorly insulated. Because the hotel is located directly next to a busy road, traffic noise was constant throughout the night. In addition, whenever large vehicles passed by, the entire building noticeably shook, making it difficult to sleep and creating a very uncomfortable feeling.

I was also disappointed with the overall service from both the hotel staff and housekeeping. Obtaining an invoice after my stay was unnecessarily complicated, and it was very difficult to reach the appropriate people for assistance.

The only significant advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the observatory. However, there are many hotels farther away that are easily accessible by frequent public transportation, offer better service, and provide much better value for money.

Considering the price I paid, I was very disappointed with the overall experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Trevligt och bra boende på ett mindre hotell.
Pros:

Stort och trevligt rum, bra mat och frukost. Gratis parkering nära ingång. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Ingen hiss. Fick bära allt i trappan. Annars inget särskilt.
