Reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM through a machine outside the building. Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in.
You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site.

Quando stiamo arrivati le chiavi non aprivano la stanza, siamo dovuti andare di persona a 1.5 km in un'altra struttura per farci cambiare le chiavi, e dopo essere tornati all'albergo, siamo entrati in una camera già occupata, fortunatamente i clienti non c'erano, ci siamo fatti un'altra passeggiata di 1,5 km alle 23.30, e l'altra struttura per scusarsi ci hanno offerto una camera di livello superiore, anche perché non potevano assicurarci che l'altra camera che ci avrebbero assegnato, poteva non essere pronta e pulita, per il successivo cliente

Die Buchung war ohne Frühstück. Angeboten wurde aber morgens als "Starthilfe" ein Kaffee und ein Croissant. Gut sind auch die Lage und das faire Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

A good place to stay in an excellent location
Pros:

The overall experience was good. The position is excellent, the structure is well-equipped, and the staff is quite polite and helpful. Also, having a parking garage attached to the hotel was perfect for us.

Cons:

Communication could have generally been a bit better. For example, I was told that booking the garage was not possible, but then on the day of arrival, I found out it actually was. And something went wrong with the self-check-in instructions (I was given the wrong code to retrieve my key).
Thankfully, the personnel are quite kind, and they helped us during our stay.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Kostenlos Kaffee/Tee und Croissant ist wirklich nett. Zimmer sind sauber, kleiner Kühlschrank, Fön und Luftreiniger vorhanden. Man spürt den 70er-Jahre-Flair des Hauses.
Für Hamburg Zentrum alles in allem gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen Kurztrip.

Cons:

Leider sehr kleine Bad mit sehr enger Dusche. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, oder im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen. Das Zimmer zur Straße war im Winter ok. Achtung: nicht jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles fußläufig
Check In ausgezeichnet und einen preiswerten Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage
Morgens konnte man sich einen Kaffee und Croissant an der Rezeption holen.
Die Betten waren bequem,also wir fanden es super und kommen bestimmt wieder,wenn wir ein nächstes Mal in Hamburg sind

Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura

Ottimo soggiorno, personale estremamente gentile e attento alle esigenze, pulizia al top e piccola colazione per partire alla scoperta della città.

Cons:

Nulla, per quanto mi riguarda tutto era perfetto.
Unica pecca, ma che non riguarda la struttura, era il tempo sempre grigio e piovoso.
