Important information:

Reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM through a machine outside the building. Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in.
You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Super Lage, man kann überall zu Fuß hin spazieren. Zum Kaffee und Tee am morgen liegen auch Croissants bereit :)
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, völlig ausreichend wenn man dort nur übernachtet.

Cons:

Wenn man nicht lüftet, müffelt es etwas...

The hotel is overpriced for the facilities offered and unsuited for hot weather
Pros:

The position of the hotel is very good. The furnishings and equipment were modern and in good condition.

Cons:

The room was small and had no air conditioning: the weather was hot and the room, despite the blinds, became unpleasantly overheated during the day and, even with open windows, didn’t cool off at night. The room overlooked a main road with heavy traffic through the night and with an open window, sleep was impossible. The hotel did not have any facilities for breakfast. There was no reception except in the mornings and no option for depositing luggage. There were no wardrobes or cupboards, just a rack with a few clothes hangers, so one was living from a suitcase.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in HH
Pros:

Das Personal stets sehr freundlich, wir sagen Danke für den morgendlichen Kaffee und das Croissant. Unser Zimmer mit "Hofblick" in der 4. Etage hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den "Michel". Kommen gerne wieder!

Rustige locatie middenin centrum.
Pros:

Rustige comfortabele en schone locatie in het centrum van Hamburg. Heerlijke bedden en fijn dat de auto bij de locatie binnen geparkeerd kon worden. Koffie en croissantje zijn een bonus in de ochtend.

Hamburg ist eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel einfach super. Alles Zentral, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Es war auch alles Beschildert und wir haben alles gesehen, was wir auch wollten. Einzigartig und einfach super, war das Musical, Der König der Löwen 🦁
Hamburg ist auf jeden Fall, eine Reise wert 👍
