Reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM through a machine outside the building. Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in.
You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site.

Godt sted til prisen med central beliggenhed.
Pros:

Der var en rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på S og U-bahn. En del attraktioner var lige i nærheden.

Godt internet.

Værelset var lidt nedslidt, men fremstod rent.
Dejligt med køleskab på værelset.

Selvom der ikke var morgenmad kunne man få en kop kaffe eller te at starte dagen på med en croissant til.

Tjek in virkede lidt forvirrende indtil de sidste instrukser kom, så var det kanske ligetil.

Jeg syntes man får meget for pengene.

das Hotel ist in guter Lage und relativ ruhig.
Pros:

Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar, es gab kein Frühstück nur ein Kaffee und 1 Croissant, , es war sauber. Den Steinboden im Zimmer fand ich gut.

Cons:

Das man das Gepäck nicht dort aufbewahren konnte. Es ist schade, dass man keinen Frühstück buchen konnte.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado como para dar una vuelta y ya ver muchos lugares interesantes. La habitación para una persona está más que bien el tamaño y es cómoda.

Cons:

Lo peor no tenían agua caliente, uno llega cansado de un viaje y espera poder bañarse en condiciones, no hubo posibilidad. No solo eso, al comunicarle a la persona de recepción no le importa realmente la falta de algo tan básico. En todo caso si hay un problema con el agua se deja un aviso o se busca una solución, en este caso se omitió y después se ignoro el problema.

El ingreso es bastante engorroso, se podría mejorar comunicando mejor la habitación ya por esa vía. Dentro de todo es llevable.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer megaschönen Stadt. Ich war nicht zum letzten Mal in HH.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Alles, was ich sehen wollte, war fussläufig erreichbar und ich konnte mir das Geld für die ÖV sparen. Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine angenehme Grösse. Ein eigentliches Frühstück ist nicht vorhanden, aber es wird pro Person ein Croissant mit Kaffee oder Tee angeboten, was kostenlos ist. Das finde ich eine gute Lösung und habe ich dankend angenommen. Sonst hat es Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in Cafés in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte. Im Gegenteil. Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz für € 10.00 pro Nacht ist ein absolut fairer Preis für das Zentrum von Hamburg und würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen. Dieses Angebot ist wirklich sehr kundenfreundlich. Vielen Dank.

Super Kurzurlaub, gern wieder !
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist super. Man ist schnell zu Fuß an den Landungsbrücken, Elphi etc. U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Parkhaus für 10 Euro /Nacht prima. Am Morgen zum Start Kaffee/Tee und Croissant gratis. Zimmer ausreichend, sogar mit Kühlschrank incl. 1 Flasche Wasser.

Cons:

Das Zuschicken des Einlasscodes hat nicht geklappt, aber auf telefonische Anfrage erhielten wir die entsprechende Info.
Badezimmer ok, Dusche etwas eng.
