Séjour agréable dans un petit hotel simple et pratique
Pros:

Hotel bien situé dans le centre ville d'Haskovo. La grande place et des commerces sont à proximité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et certaines équipées de balcons et peuvent avoir une belle vue sur la statue de la Vierge à l'Enfant. Les lits sont grands et confortables. L'entrée de l'hotel se fait par une petite porte sur le côté et il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour arriver à la réception. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Il y a un service de chambre presque tous les jours. L'air conditionné, indispensable en été, fonctionne bien. La connexion WIFI aussi. Durant mon séjour ils m'ont demandé de changer de chambre et m'ont surclassé dans une chambre encore plus grande avec un balcon. Certaines chambres sont équipées de baignoires mais pas toutes.

Cons:

Les frigos sont un peu petits pour les longs séjours.
Ils pourraient proposer un tarif spécial pour les longs séjours
Sinon tout était super !

They told us the day that we were supposed to sleep there that they couldn't accommodate us. Then they offered some more expensive alternatives of theirs.

Kommen Sie am besten tagsüber an
Pros:

Gute Lage, tagsüber sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Geräumige Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage. Als ich einen verstopften Abfluss reklamierte, wurde das Problem umgehend behoben.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da der Name nicht groß angeschrieben ist, selbst manche Taxifahrer kannten es nicht.
Niemand spricht hier englisch. Die Damen lösten das Problem mit Übersetzungsprogramm, der Mann im Abend-/Nachtdienst gab sich diesbezüglich überhaupt keine Mühe. Bei meiner Ankunft hatte er sichtlich Schwierigkeiten mit meiner Buchung. Es schien als wollte er mir die Suite, die ich reserviert hatte, gar nicht geben.
Nachdem dort weder Licht noch Internet funktionierten (mag sein, daß ich nur nicht wusste wie man das richtig einschaltet?), beschwerte ich mich bei dem Portier und forderte ihn auf mit mir das Stockwerk hochzukommen um sich das anzuschauen. Dazu war er offensichtlich zu faul oder er wußte daß es so ist. (ich bekam den Verdacht, die Suite sei für eine andere Art von Gästen gedacht - zum Komplex gehört übrigens auch ein Spielkasino). Er bot mir stattdessen ein anderes Zimmer an, das ich dann auch akzeptierte. Keine Entschuldigung und keine Hilfe beim Gepäck weder beim Einchecken noch beim Umzug. Ein gut funktionierender Lift ist allerdings vorhanden.

Very friendly, secured parking, very reactive reception to my comments of the espresso machine in the room which didn't work.

Cons:

Grey colour of the walls in the room makes it a bit "sad".
