Dissapointing unless you book a room overlooking the street
Pros:

We liked the history of this Inn but on a previous stay we enjoyed a room overlooking the street which was mush nicer than looking over the graveyard.

Cons:

The fact that we looked over the graveyard and the room felt stuffy so we needed to open the window onto this view. No hairdryer as we were told it had broken the day before and no replacement had been secured. The breakfast was good but we waited at least 40 minutes before it arrived and there were only one other table to be served.

Great location, helpful staff but housekeeping should have been done as it is a listed service.

Cons:

There was no daily housekeeping despite this being included on the Booking.com website. We were there for 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels, loo rolls and for the courtesy tray to be replenished. The room was not cleaned or beds made.

Staff were helpful but clearly being asked to carry out multiple roles at the same time.

Overcharged for breakfasts and never respond to emails or messages through the Booking platform.

Does the job
Pros:

The best thing is the location. It is situated right at the top of the main street, next to the church and the Bronte Museum. We really enjoyed sitting in the window seat and watching the coming and goings - hours of entertainment. The car park a great advantage. Bed very comfortable. Excellent shower, very good hair drier. Room was functional. Nice biscuits etc. good WiFi. Bar food adequate.

Cons:

The initial impression of the room is thst it is cheerless and comfortless. Once I got used to it I found it surprisingly functional. Bathroom very small, especially the sink and no shelves to put your stuff in the bathroom.

Perfect place
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring haworth. Staff lovely especially morning lady that did breakfast .
Breakfast really nice and good quality products. Rooms comfortable and clean, nice view down main street from our room

Cons:

Noisy at weekends because of entertainment . We didnt mind but early sleepers wont like it

Was greated my the chef when we went to get a pass to park and his reply was just park there we just put them signs up

Staff very rude never met anyone so rude , can’t get a drink staff just look right through you !very unhygienic! The chef was working the bar serving drinks, that’s if u was lucky enough to get one , then in kitchen cooking food , no toiletries not even a bit of soap , all the drinks where flat , asked for the manager and out comes the chef again ! Absolutely spoiled our stay so disappointed and upset

Poor.
Cons:

Could not use this room. Specifically asked for a Twin Room for my relatives. Actually visited the pub beforehand to discuss and agree. But had to make booking with Booking.com. Added the special request to the booking including room name as directed by the pub. All arranged and booked a week before stay. Went to check in the evening before their arrival, and Emily Room was a double bed. Went elsewhere to book at White Lion. Complained in writing to Booking.com and the pub. Requested refund of £130.00, no answer from either. Will pursue further, lazy and ignorant response.

Very expensive for basic, noisy accomodation!
Pros:

Very good location with a car park (however it’s very small and spaces are not reserved just for guests)

Cons:

Noisy on a night - entertainment finished at half 11, fine, but then the staff continue to make lots of noise (talking loudly and banging) whilst clearing up till about 1/2 am!!! The chuch next door also chimes every 15mins and there is a noisy rooster in the morning!

Amenities ok, bed was comfy. Bathroom sink is tiny and difficult to use! Need some privacy curtains as our rooms faced the chuchyard!
