If you are after a quiet stay this hotel is not for you as loud music is played till 23:30.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Parking available.

Cons:

The menu selection on Friday was very limited.
We decided to eat out on Saturday night around Haworth.

Being located in central part of the Brontë history was superb. Close to the Church, Parsonage/museum and at the top of the steep Main Street.

Cons:

It was a little shabby. The carpets were grubby and worn up the stairs particularly. The en suites, by nature of the architecture of the existing historical building, were partitioned corners of the room so were small, but functional.

Overpriced and underperformed - Needs a wake up call regarding customer service.

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Staff were not aware of our booking and disputed the booking on arrival. We had to provide evidence of the confirmed booking. Shifting the blame onto Booking.com. The double room we were provided with was not the one we had selected (landmark view) when we had made the booking. The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely small making it difficult to use. There were numerous stains on the carpeting and there was no space for storage. The coffee tea cups were not clean and there was one twin packet of biscuits for the two of us. The bedding and pillows were not of suitable quality for the amount we paid for the room. When we enquired about having an evening meal at the Black Bull the staff told us that they didn't serve food after 7pm and alternatively we should therefore go and eat at the White Lion across the road as they serve food much later.

The location was great the bed was comfortable

Cons:

We like to stay at a pub were you can have evening meal and sit in the bar but this was not the case they didn’t do evening meals and pub closed at 6.15pm this wasn’t on the web site or on booking .com. The room was freezing
until I complained, This might be down to out of season but it should have mentioned it on web site the car parking was a farce no control anyone can park there should be a chain or post stopping non-residents parking. Haworth is a beautiful place and recommend visiting for the day regards

Great option for a stay in wonderful Haworth
Pros:

Location was perfect with free parking too. Great historical connection to the Bronte family. Small but well appointed room with great view down Main Street. Tasty cooked breakfast. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Nothing. We knew in advance that there would be live music on Saturday evening until 11.30pm so it didn’t bother us.
