娱乐设施齐全，萌宠乐园有兔子，梅花鹿，小绵羊，小朋友可以喂养，玩的很开心，还有温泉可以泡，挺舒适的，房间海景也很漂亮，早上还可以看到日出，泳池拍照也好看。

Pros:

Pour la première fois à Huizhou, l'environnement de cet hôtel est très agréable.Surtout dans le hall, il y a une atmosphère très agréable.J'ai beaucoup aimé venir ici en vacances avec ma famille.Le majordome à la réception a également ajouté WeChat pour rappeler l'utilisation des installations de l'hôtel, et les salutations intimes nous ont fait sentir très gentils.Enfin, au moment du départ, la gouvernante nous a envoyé un petit cadeau en souvenir.C'est un très bon hôtel.Ma famille et moi recommandons vivement

Dissatisfied and disappointed and not worth the money.
Pros:

Infinity pool, however there were no poolservice or proper bar. During high season, the pool facilities are to small for so many guest. The beds were not clean.

Cons:

The Service is really poor, not friendly at all. Being in the Hospitality Business and not speaking english is not okay. Besides there is a language barrier, the staff all are rude and not willing to help. Never has this kind of experienxe before. As it is not just one or two employee’s are having this attitude but the majority. Also the hotel is strongly outdated and the pictures on Booking.com arent representative at all.

Did not stay as hotel was closed!
Pros:

Hotel advertised as being in Shuangyue Bay by the ocean. Images show this. Hotel was closed when we arrived, and locals advised it had been closed for over two years on arrival at 10pm at night after 3 hours drive.
Location has since been updated to Huizhou city one hour away but still shows photos of beach hotel and facilities. Disgusting this is still adverstised on booking.com

Hotel wasn’t open!

Hotel was Dirty and disorganized! Shower didn’t work well, lights flickering, room dirty! Bad food and disorganized! Beach dirty! No good bar at the hotel, bad cocktails!

A lovely hotel for families with close proximity to a beach with waves. If you are not fond of crowds, I do not recommen
Pros:

the close proximity to the beach and the service of the manager who gave us a free dinner when we were stuck for options for food in the area.

Cons:

hot springs was not heated enough as the temperatures stated at each pool. Furniture in the rooms looked a bit scratched and outdated in tower 3. Hotel had one dining area for all five towers. Highly recommend separate dining rooms for towers.
