La localisation et l'accueil
Incredibile location , the best hotel restaurant we had in marocco, not many tourists
Room and bathroom were not very clean
Mooi zwembad, helaas in de namiddag niet in de zon en maar plek voor enkele gasten tegelijk. Mooi uitzicht op de palmentuin. In de directe omgeving weinig bijzonders. De kamers waren schoon, eten was prima maar wel lokaal voor de kinderen geen aangepast menu en duurder dan op alle andere plekken in Marokko. Een wandeling met gids kostte 4x zo veel als in 4 sterren hotel op de overige plekken....
Voorafgaand hadden we verzocht om kamers naast elkaar. Ja natuurlijk, geen zorgen was het letterlijke antwoord. Vervolgens toen we daar kwamen was onze kleine kamer op de bovenste verdieping. (De kamer was zo klein dat we niet allebei de koffer konden open klappen.) De kinderen zaten een verdieping lager. Toen we aangaven dat we hadden gevraagd om kamers naast de kinderen was het antwoord dat dit niet kon omdat we een 2 persoons en 4 persoons kamer hadden. Jammer dat dit niet eerlijk van te voren was gezegd dan hadden we kunnen annuleren. Nu konden we er ter plekke niks meer mee was erg jammer omdat we het voorafgaand gevraagd hadden.
Alles war einfach hervorragend: Von der Einrichtung, der Lage, dem Ambiente über den Service und das tolle Essen. Absolutes Highlight auf unserer Marokko-Reise und eine herzliche Empfehlung.
Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen - es gibt nichts worüber man sich beschweren könnte.
Not as good as it looks but still nice

Pour Kasbah Hnini. Établissement très beau, magnifiquement décoré. Une magnifique piscine, l espace jardin est très agréable.
This is really wonderful place, renovated Kasbah with authentic atmosphere, very spacious rooms and restaurant with panoramic view. Staff was very friendly, it was too cold for swimming pool, we will check next time.
Très belle Kasbah, très bien décorée, vue splendide sur la Vallée et la Palmeraie. Le personnel a été adorable. Jolie balade à faire dans la palmeraie à pied, ou à vélo. Nous avons loué les VTT à la Kasbah, nous avons trouvé ça un peu cher pour l’état des vélos (20€/p). Les repas sont très bons, mais un peu cher également par rapport aux prix marocains: cependant, nous avons pris un plat pour deux et cela était largement suffisamment vu les quantités.

Meilleur logement du séjour ! C'était vraiment génial. Le restau est très très bon, p-e un peu trop copieux; partager un plat pourrais surement être suffisant et rentrer dans un bon rapport qualité prix pour le diner également !

The Kasbah is in a lovely location. The views are amazing. We only stayed one night, but our stay was amazing due to all the staff and atmosphere. Upon arrival the reception was quite busy, the staff made us feel welcomed even though it was a busy period, at Christmas. Our complimentary mint tea was served in our room due to the busyness at reception, which was welcomed after a long drive. The room we had was quite spacious, enough to have two chairs and decent size coffee table. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing, the dinner menu has many options both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Buffet breakfast, however, everything was freshly made. Swimming pool looked clean enough, but we didn't have time to swim. I recommend timing your day so you can watch the sunset on the roof. It's truly a spectacular view from the different points on the rooftop. Lovely place for a stop over as there's not much to do in the surrounding areas. Definitely will stay couple of days next time.
There was some power outage. This happened twice during the evening, however, it wasn't long enough to cause any issues. There was an issue with one of the bathroom sinks, a bad smell coming through, we just put a cap on it. This seemed to sort it. It didn't bother us much, as were only there for one night. There's no elevator in the Kasbah, but the staff are always available to help with the luggage.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Kasbah Hnini. The property is absolutely stunning — an authentic and peaceful retreat. The architecture and decor capture the spirit of the region beautifully, blending traditional Berber design with tasteful modern comfort.
What really made the experience exceptional was the warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always friendly, helpful, and attentive.
