L’accueil du personnel très gentil et le confort de la literie de la chambre

Cons:

L’état general de propreté, l’odeur de tabac froid, les cafards au sol, les rats qui se promènent dans le plafond toute la nuit, l’état de la salle de bain

Sucio y asqueroso
Pros:

Nada, todo fue decepcionante, sucio y asqueroso.

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban sucias, llenas de manchas y pelos, había muchas cucarachas.
El baño era asqueroso.
Todo el hotel estaba viejísimo y no tenia ningún parecido con las fotos.
