Customer service was exceptional.
Good location, close to the railway station. There was WiFi and it worked. We stayed here just to sleep, and for that it was okay. Although, it felt a lot cheaper than what we actually payed for it.
No warm water, dirty sheets, dirty room, smelled like anti-insect spray, AC made a loud noise and there were hairs everywhere. Staff didn’t bother with much more than handing us the key.
The rooms were dirty, and the worst part was: Bedbugs! Soooo many of them! We changed rooms but it did not get better.. we did not sleep for 1 minute and left the hotel as early in the morning as we could

the walls had mould growing all over them, no toilet paper, damp and musty with bugs on the walls too, found hairs in the bed and on the floor when we arrived
