Great place to stay
Pros:

Was great, great wifi, lovely staff the most the gardener (short man) who cried when we leave .. 3 of the security were great, the receptionist lady soo lovely .. laundry lady are great, cleaner man soo kind

Spacious parking (car & motorcycle),
Fresh air, lots of tree,
Free flow drinks (mineral water)

Cons:

Got a room with abandoned apartment view, a bit creepy,
No elevator (no issue if you travel light),
No kettle in the room (instead you can use shared kitchen for free),
No sandals
