Completely impersonal service.
Cons:

I informed them one or two days after making the reservation — with more than two weeks’ notice — that my itinerary had changed and asked to cancel the booking. I never received a response. When I tried to follow up via WhatsApp, I only received automated messages that led nowhere.

There was absolutely no human interaction and no willingness to accommodate a cancellation that, given the amount of notice provided, should have been easy to manage and replace with another guest. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but in this case the lack of flexibility feels more like an excuse to charge than a reasonable application of the rules, especially considering the room could have easily been rebooked.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff is very nice and help us a lot. There is no laundry room in here but we can ask the hotel to help us do the laundry and pay IDR 20.000/kg. There is Indom*ret near the hotel. There is microwave in communal area. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid but the blanket is a little bit thin and small. There is a gadget in the room and we can play music thru our phone (use bluetooth to access the speaker)

Cons:

Even though you book from other platform, in the end you still need to download bobobox application because the room key will be barcoded and you need to scan the barcode to enter the hotel (pass receptionist) and your own room. I cannot screenshot it to share to my sister, so she need to download the application too. I found it a little bit a hassle to open my phone and open the app everytime to get in my room. You need to pay IDR 7.000 to park your car in there.
