The most horrible experience
Pros:

Absolutely nothing good to say

Cons:

The room was different than in the description and full of mold and dirt.. the air was so smelly and made us feel sick instantly.. Everything was old and breaking apart… I asked for a refund because we couldn’t stay there because of the mold but my request got denied and they say “there’s nothing wrong with the room”…. Crazy!

the receptionist asked to pay IDR 150k and he said no information from the hotel management regarding the collaboration between OYO and Booking dot com
