My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to unprofessional behavior from the reception staff. (One indian guy) During check-in, the receptionist was rude and did not properly communicate. He simply asked for my passport/ID and handed me the room key without returning my passport. (Like a THIEF!!!!) There was no explanation or courtesy shown. I left and remembered that my passport wasn’t returned. I got back in the reception and got upset. He doesn’t want to return the passport. This was not explained beforehand, and I was not comfortable with this policy. He told me to give the deposit money at least in exchange of passport. He could have At least informed about it and not just keep the passport. No explanation of the policy clearly, showed no willingness to address my concerns, and spoke in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional!! The room was also very dark with poor lighting, which made the stay even less comfortable.
Overall, lack of communication, respect, and basic comfort. Not recommended.
