Pros:

It’s such a quaint hotel. The staff were so helpful, fast and friendly, and the food was excellent.

Cons:

The booking process for a foreigner is a nightmare. They wouldn’t hold the room and my international card didn’t work for the down payment they require. I finally had to get a local associate to help me which wasn’t ideal at all. However, my same international card worked once in person at the hotel for the rest of the stay.

It's located on the highway, close to eco park and surkanda temple and also a beautiful jungle trail 100mtr from the hotel,staff very courteous and helpful, like to mention sahil and Gaurav at the reception were very helpful.family rooms are quite big but view is the downside since the balcony is on the other side.buffet was limmited but delicious. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay with Great Service at La Riqueza Kanatal

I loved my stay at La Riqueza Hotel in Kanatal. The location is peaceful with beautiful mountain views(Himalaya Mountains we could see from the Balcony and terrace). The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A special mention to Devendra and Gaurav from the staff — their hospitality, politeness, and quick service made the stay truly exceptional. They were always helpful and ensured everything was smooth throughout our trip.

Pros:

Rooms with balcony face the valley with mesmerizing views. The food prepared fresh for every order was excellent in taste and value for money. Overall the service was excellent. As the location is not very commercial its a very good place to just relax and enjoy the weather and views.

Cons:

As its located on the Chamba Musoorie road, need to have a vehicle to move around.
