Hotel bardzo przyjemny, personel cudowny, pomocny
Wspaniała lokalizacja, śniadania bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, dla każdego coś dobrego, można skorzystać ma miejscu z obiadów...smacznych i pięknie podanych, wspaniałe było wracać z górskich wycieczek i dać sobie i bolącym mięśniom odpocząć w SPA.

Ubytování a výborná kuchyně s dobrým výběrem jídla a samozřejmě i snídaně.

Dobra lokalizacja, duży parking, czystość w pokoju/łazience

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadanie, jadalnia na której było zimno otwarta o godz. 08:00 a w opiekaczach o godz. 08:20 jajecznica oraz kiełbaski zimne. Personel nie pilnuje co się dzieje w strefie spa. Trafiłem na grupę nawalonych chłopów którzy nie stosowali się do regulaminu Spa, do sauny wchodzi bez jakiegokolwiek ręcznika, po wyjściu nie brali prysznica tylko spoceni wskakiwali do basenu.. Pokój w którym spędziliśmy noc czysty ale komfort bym ocenił na 2 gwiazdki. Rozchodzące się łóżka, popękane ściany i wszechobecne zimno, brak możliwości sterowania klimatyzacją, kaloryfery nie posiadały pokręteł termostatu.

Przyjazny klimat, fajny standard, dobra lokalizacja, jedzenie ok. Byłem tu już drugi raz i na pewno mogę polecić.

Cons:

Basenowy odklejony, moje dziecko bało się go.
Dziwne odzywki do dziecka i do mnie, czuliśmy się tam nie mile widziany. Ten gość jest najsłabszym punktem tego obiektu.
