Children under 4 years of age, and for longer stays of at least 7 nights up to 7 years of age can be accommodated in the parents' room free of charge. Children from 4 to 14 years old, and for stays of a minimum of 7 nights from 7 to 14 years old (payable in the parents' room according to the current price list, price per child per night). The property can accommodate a maximum of two children in a room with parents. In the room, guests will find two separate beds and a double folding sofa.

Mam 2 rzeczy które zdziwiły mnie bardzo, hotel o wysokim standardzie, a szlafroki trzeba kupić dodatkowo za 10zł i do tego są tylko dostępne do rozmiaru xl ( dyskryminacja osób puszystych), i bardzo rażące jest to że przy hotelu nie ma darmowego parkingu, to jest źle odebrane

Wellness bylo super, hlavně vířivky.Vecere i snídaně výborné,vybere si každý.

Nelíbilo se mi , že booking uvádí otevírací dobu vnitřního bazénu od 9do21,ale skutečnost je od 11-21h,kdybychom měli tuto informaci,jeli bychom jinam.Chodime rádi do bazénu ráno.Nelibila se nám taková drobnost, župany nejsou součástí vybavení pokoje.Ve 4*hotelu to bývá běžné.

Pros:

Velmi dobře funguje organizace služeb. nečeká se, vše je logicky uspořádané. Všude je, i přes velký počet hostů, dostatek prostoru. Na recepci byli výborní pracovníci, vše vysvětlili a pomohli. Snídaně i večeře byly naprosto skvělé. Obrovský výběr všeho. Nádherné překvapení na pokoji v podobě květiny a sladkostí byla už jen třešinka na pobytu.

Cons:

U večeří nám chyběly nápoje. Nebylo pivo, víno. Skleničky na pití absolutně maličké, automatů málo.
Neměli jsme připravené postele u sebe.
V půjčovně županů byly velmi nepříjemné dámy, spousta hostů zde byla poprvé a nevěděli si rady a tyto dámy se vůbec nezajímaly.

Super obří hotel a skvělý wellnes se saunami a dětským světem.
Pros:

Všechno bylo super, měli jsme i termín, kdy bylo málo hostů. Skvellý hotel, vynikající jídlo a výborný wellnes. Určitě pojedeme znovu. I cena se vstupy a ubytováním byla příznivá.

Cons:

Snad jen káva u snídaně nebyla moc. Jen 3 základní druhy v jedné sile. Já potřebuji ráno silnou dobrou kávu.
