Children under 4 years of age, and for longer stays of at least 7 nights up to 7 years of age can be accommodated in the parents' room free of charge. Children from 4 to 14 years old, and for stays of a minimum of 7 nights from 7 to 14 years old (payable in the parents' room according to the current price list, price per child per night). The property can accommodate a maximum of two children in a room with parents. In the room, guests will find two separate beds and a double folding sofa.

Příjemná dovolená, špatně zvolený termín na výuku lyžování pro děti.
Pros:

Jídlo bylo pestré, dostatečné, vynikající, nabídka akorát. Jen bych vítala větší skleničky na nealko nápoje.
Aquapark moc příjemný a akorát velký, dětský koutek i herní místnost paráda.

Cons:

Placené parkování u hotelu (mělo by být v ceně), poměrně drahé ceny na baru, ale zase koktejly pěkné... Některé věci už bylo vidět, že jsou staršího data (oprýskané), ale stále velmi vysoký standart.
Za dost věcí se doplácelo a to na již tak poměrně vysokých cenách ubytování je poměrně nepříjemné.

Lyžování naprosto nedostatečné, ani pro děti - špatná kvalita sněhu.

The location of the property was great

Cons:

It was extremely overpriced. For the price I paid I still had to pay for bathrobes. Everything was extra. And at 50zl a day for parking you are robbing people. I heard so many good things about the hotel before we came but I left very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Much nicer and cheaper hotels in Karpac with a much better standard. The aqua park was very good. But everything else was very disappointing

Die Zimmer sind veraltet die Fliesen sind kaputt und die Tapete geht von den Wänden. Nur die Lobby hat 4 Sterne.
