egy-két éjszakára, átutazóknak tökéletes
Pros:

A reggelire azt kaptam, amit kértem, és a legfontosabb, hogy pontosan akkora, amikorra kértem. A vacsora is remek volt. Egyszóval a konyhájuk kitűnő. (nem véletlen, hisz lakodalmak szervezésével és ezen a helyszínen történő lebonyolításával is foglalkoznak.

Cons:

A szállás udvara rendezett, tiszta, ugyanakkor a falu az eléggé szegényes. Bár az emberek kedvesek voltak.

Pros:

Местоположението е чудесно, извън града, хотелът има прекрасна градина! Персоналът е мил, отзивчив и усмихнат!!! 🩷

Cons:

Вътрешният басейн бе топъл и приятен, но лека мръсен, детският кът е амортизиран, както и на места самият хотел - тук там счупени лампи, прави лошо впечатление. Но това не е попречило на престоя ни - по-скоро е градивна критика.

Чудесно място! Много доволни останахме от престоя и определено бихме отседнали в комплекса пак! Дворът е прекрасен, зелен и красиво оформен, поддържан отлично. Стаята ни беше просторна, чиста и удобна, с комфортни матраци и стилно обзавеждане. Наистина се учудвам на лошите коментари за хигиената, може би са злонамерени или пък са положени усилия нещата да се променят, но към момента всичко е както трябва. СПА центърът - приятно място, стандартно за тризвезден хотел - басейнът беше малък, но чист и с топла вода. Парната баня и сауната ( IR) работеха добре. В ресторанта храната беше вкусно приготвена, големи порции , прилични цени. Сега за персонала - изключително мили и отзивчиви хора, удволетвориха напълно желанието ни за вида на стаята, грижеха се да се чувстваме комфортно през цялото време, дори накрая ни закараха до гарата на Карлово, че се случи някакъв провал с поръчаното такси и щяхме да си изпуснем влака. Благодарим от сърце!

Нямаме забележка, единствено препоръка, при възможност да се оборудват всички стаи с по един малък хладилник

Pros:

Мястото е просторно , чудесно за децата- могат спокойно да играят на воля. Стаята , в която бяхме настанени е голяма и добре обзаведена.

Cons:

Не ни хареса, че сме резервирали престой за двама възрастни с дете на 4год. и включена закуска в резервацията. Закуската беше само 2 бр. , за детето нямаше предвидена такава.
Хигиената на външния басейн беше потресаваща и при 30градуса не успяхме да се възползваме от хубавото време. Вътрешния беше малко по-добре. Сауната работеше, но не на 100 процента. Парната баня не успяхме да пробваме- тя просто не работеше.
За 4-дневен престой не ни почистиха кошчето нито веднъж. Имаше мравки в стаята.

Child-friendly hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing gardens and incredible views, food was good and most importantly staff - extremely polite, smiling all the time and friendly. it’s a child-friendly hotel with lots to do with kids: indoor pool, indoor play area, outdoor facilities.

Cons:

Bathrooms/ some rooms need to be refurbished, AC didn’t work
