Pros:

Престоят ни в хотела беше за кратко, но със сигурност мога да кажа, че от персонала бяха изключително мили и усложливи. Местоположението на хотела е прекрасно, с голям и хубаво озеленен двор. Бихме отседнали отново там!

Чисто и спокойно място в полите на Стара планина, хубава закуска, просторна стая.

Cons:

Не е много близо до центъра и се намира на баир; ресторантът вече не функционира като такъв (освен за закуска) и не предлага вечеря; в стаята нямаше нощни лампи; не успяхме да се свържем с никаква wi-fi мрежа през целия престой.

Pros:

This hotel is truly a gem. This is a five star hotel!! Family owned and are wonderful. Absolutely beautiful hotel and gardens.

Pros:

Very beautiful place. Quiet and comfortable. Close to the start of a hiking trail. Delicious, high-quality restaurant inside the hotel.
Very nice attitude of the staff. Due to a flight delay we arrived three hours later than expected and they waited for us patiently and even allowed us a full meal at the restaraunt after ten o'clock in the evening

Cons:

Just small things: missing sockets by beds. No curtain in the bathroom
