Pros:

Mâncare fosrte bună, diversificată. Personal amabil, curățenie, prosoape schimbate zilnic

Cons:

Ușa culisanta de la dus lipsea, cred ca la 4 stele nu eate permis asa ceva. Un minus ar fi ca pe timp ploios nu ai ce face. Poate un centru spa ar fi de luat în calcul

Dezamagitor, poza de 10, realitate de 6-7.
Pros:

Mi-a placut locatia si tot complexul, cum a fost gandit.
Toboganele sunt un plus atunci cand mergi in concediu cu copiii.
Camerele cu view direct catre mare.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut ca pozele sunt inselatoare. In poza de 10, in realitate de 6-7. Camerele sunt vechi, mobila crapata, murdara, iar despre capacul de wc nici nu vreau sa imi amintesc, era galben. Imi pare rau ca nu am facut poze.
Mancarea slab calitativa.
Fetele de la barul de pe plaja extrem de neprietenoase, zici ca veneam si ceream de pomana, nicidecum ca as fi platit pentru ce ma serveau.

Cons:

Personnel not too responsive. Lack of security stuff - when an incident occured between 2 guests and they were fighting, nobody came there, even if they were asked to.
Products for bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, soap not refilled after the first day.
Cold water in the swimming pools - should be heated.

Наличието на много басейни и пързалки, и допълнителни атракции подходящи за деца.

Cons:

Близо до морето имаше неприятна миризма на фекалии (при канализацията на сграда 2), басейните имаха нужда от почистване, аниматорите не бяха ангажирани с работата си, а искаха по-бързо да приключат.

Hotelul este foarte mare.Cel mai frumos în acest hotel este sus pe munte o clădire unde are foarte multe piscine si vederea este excepțională.Este de vis peisajul.parca nu ești în Bulgaria.Mancarea este buna.Bautura foarte proasta.si alcololica si non alcolica dezastru.foarte proasta calitativ.

Cel mai prost lucru este.iti da camera la ora 15.Nuti pune bratara pana la ora 15.Nu ai voie sa bei nici apa pana la 15.intri în hotel de la ora 15 cu prostiile de mâncare de la plaja.pizza si cartofi prăjiți si fursecuri.Si trebuie la plecare sa predai pana la ora 12 camera si iesi cu mic dejun.Mi se pare un mare minus fata de alte hoteluri bune din Bulgaria care când ajungi primești bratara si ai acces la orice în afara de camera pana la 14.un alt minus este ca are doar un restaurant la un hotel asa de mare si doar 3 baruri.este accesibil la preț doar pt cei care au copii ca ei au gratuitate.Alt minus este obositor .nu este de odihna.in permanenta trebuie sa urci sau sa cobori.pt mâncare.
