Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, so welcoming and friendly! We really enjoyed the facilities and the room was super comfortable! We also had the best toasted sandwich there too, which was unexpected. Thanks a lot :)

I think they must put televisions in their rooms for people who want to stay long at the hotel.
Pros:

The service they gave me was good when I arrived.

Cons:

My problem is that there is no television inside the room so that you could watch some news or anything. And even when I left there was no one to gave the room keys to at around 06:30 when go to work.

Cons:

Uncleanness of the room, mat had terribly bad smell. Geyser for shower not working, and for baths it was only hot water, meaning you needed to wait for the water to cook off before using it.

The room was clean , comfortable, and everything was working perfectly and the staff was friendly , was always available to assist , definitely going to go back the soon
