Unfortunately not very clean and and quite worn out. Looks like it had better times. Food was alright. Lots of holes in the table cloth. Very unfortunate for a winery is that they serve almost no wine by the glass. And they couldn’t tell anything about the wine - at least not in English.

room was smelly, bath was smelly it was impossible to take a shower, bed was having strange noise because it was broken, everything on bed pillow and etc. was damaged and dirty. walls were to thin because we could hear neighbour having sex as if they were in our room.

No real parking space. We had to go looking for the breakfast nobody told us where it was (it's not in the same area as the dinner).

There were only few visitors.

I want to clarify that I don’t have any bad intention but that was the last time I would let something slide I did it last year and this time I thought that the size of this business should be more attentive last year another business was not up to what they promised and I let them slide cause I felt sad for them but now this one is big and it is capable to be much better so here goes as people also wrote

The property is a bit remote and when trying to find it by the booking.com link it does not correspond to the place indicated in Google maps nor when searched in Google again the location is close but not correct we had to search by name in Google.

We were contacted by the property when we were arriving and we asked for directions as we did not speak Georgian or Russian the communication was unsuccessful I tried to ask several times and call them the call were rejected and the texts were not efficient as the language barrier prevented the efficient texting we needed finding the location but after frustration there are signs which are not easy to spot but the main problem are the links to the location it also leads to a dirt road which needs a 4x4 especially if it rains

After the staff was texting me the menus and asking when we arrive and if we wanted to order anything I said no for the moment

When we arrived there were many cars parked and when I asked she came not so willingly and advised to park further down behind the winery so I had to carry the bags for a distance it’s ok am a strong boy but still they could offer to unpark one of their cars I would in their place

At check in all ok the building is ok nice decoration, the concrete wall are visible no plaster or paint and the steps are uneven you can’t feel it going up there are some construction issues room is ok bed was creaky on the one side the bedsheets were not clean

we rested a bit when we went out I was bombarded by messages when to put the order and when we would be back in and as someone...

The location is too hard to find during the night and the facilities are not good enough.

Do not visit our of season. The place was a mess and clearly not ready to accommodate guests when we did. Portable aircons make a lot of noise and cannot cool down the rooms. Breakfast is served from 10am, but can be served earlier on request.

the staff was attentive but bored. there was no atmosphere at the place. breakfast was very basic with dry bread.

Unfortunately, the hotel is soul less. The rooms are basic and fitted with a very loud portable air conditioning that needs to be refilled with water every few hours. The place itself feels like it’s a wine manufacturing place first so the staff aren’t very hospitable.

The stuff was not make us feel comfortable (and we was the only one in the place)
There is no botel of water at the room as it wreeten in the order!
The shower was sewage blockage and toilet tank not worked.
The breakfast was shame, only hard boiled egg and bread was dry without any of other options!!!!!!
And last but not least the way was 4x4 and they don't give a service by car so we needed to walk 40 minutes at sunny hard day. Whit bags.
Thay also charge us by 15% extra at the bill when we order anything (water and wine) and didn't told us!

We are so disappointed.
