Pros:

Exactly as described, great location just up a road off the beach - super close to Sunset Beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Excellent Smart TV with Netflix. Brilliant air conditioning. Offer of Tuk Tuk ride on check out to the pier.

Pros:

Todo super bien, es verdad que las vistas no se corresponden a las que hay en la página web, se ve un poco solo la playa y no tienes tumbonas del hotel asignadas.
La ubicación es ideal, porque estas alejado de la calle principal y no hay ningún ruido para dormir, y bajas en 2 minutos a la playa y hay un restaurante cerca también.

Great quiet location
Pros:

The staff didn't speak much English, but were super kind and helpful. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It is located at the West end of the Pattaya beach, in a quiet area, while the walking street and beach bars are just 10 minutes walk from the apartments. Daya beach restaurant next to the apartments has the best grilled fish and local food. Overall, a great stay.

Erg aardig personeel, bij vragen zijn ze direct beschikbaar en ontzettend attent! Verder is de locatie top en is het bed lekker!

good location close to the beach. The rooms were clean with nice view over the trees.

Cons:

The need to keep the air conditioning on all the time, otherwise the rooms would overheat terribly. Weak water pressure, sometimes we were without water.

Bra utgångspunkt för att utforska Koh Lipe
Pros:

Fint och rymligt boende med kök. Stämde väl överens med bilderna. Fin utsikt över havet och Pattaya stranden. Nära till stranden och korallrev som barnen kunde gå ut till och snorkla direkt från stranden. Gratis solstolar och parasoll på stranden.
Fick gratis hjälp med hämtning av oss och våra vid båten när vi kom till Koh Lipe.

Cons:

Några rökte på våningen under, och det var inte så trevligt att röken kom upp till oss.

Hütet euch vor dieser Unterkunft!
Pros:

Durch die hier eingestellten Fotos gewinnt man einen falschen Eindruck. Sie wurden von hinten aus dem Appartement herausgemacht. Tritt man auf den Balkon, blickt man auf zahlreiche große Wellblechdächer und erblickt erst in weiter Ferne das Meer.
Das Appartement liegt weit hinten vom Strand entfernt und ist umgeben von zig ab 4.30 Uhr den ganzen Tag laut krähenden Hähnen. Bei Regen, den wir Mitte November oft hatten, quaken gefühlt 100 Frösche so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann (noch lauter als die Hähne).
Frühstück auf dem Balkon wäre nur in gleißender Sonne möglich, weil es dort keinen Schatten gibt.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist total vermüllt. Hühner und Hähne werden in viel zu engen Käfigen gehalten, auch ca. 20 Wellensittiche, die einen großen Trog Futter und eine Kloake von Wasser im Käfig hatten, um die sich aber sonst niemand zu kümmern schien. Zwei tote Tiere lagen im Käfig herum und verwesten. Also kein Ort für Tierfreunde!
Auf Spaziergängen wird man schon tagsüber von zahlreichen Mücken überfallen; ich hatte nach einer halben Std. 20 Stiche.
Die Insel ist vom Tourismus, auch von vielen Russen, übervölkert. Eine zentrale Müllentsorgung scheint es nicht zu geben, überall liegt Müll herum und verdreckt Wald und Strände. Auch eine zentrale Abwasserbehandlung scheint es nicht zu geben, möglicherweise werden die Abwässer ungeklärt ins Meer geleitet. Das ermuntert nicht, im Meer zu baden, vor allem nicht an den Stränden, vor denen auch noch zig Boote geankert werden.
Beim Schnorcheln von den Stränden aus sieht man nur wenige und kaputte Korallen.
Aber noch schlimmer fanden wir die marode Unterkunft, die im Vergleich zu Alternativen auf der Insel überteuert ist.
-Das Einzelbett war bretthart.
-Die Klimaanlage blies direkt auf die Betten.
-Abends stank es aus den Abflüssen im Bad.
-Die Dusche hatte keine Abtrennung, sodass das Bad beim Duschen jedes Mal unter Wasser gesetzt wurde, das bis abends nicht komplett ablief.
-Im Bad war kein Stromanschluss, im Hauptraum kein Spiegel.
-Das spärliche Mobiliar war sehr marode und bot nur wenig Stauraum, wie z.B. die Schubladen im Schubladenschränkchen: sie waren nur halb so tief wie das Schränkchen. Eine Schublade fiel beim Herausziehen direkt auseinander und blockierte die nächste Schublade.
Als Backpacker haben wir schon in vielen ähnlichen Unterkünften übernachtet, die allerdings nur ein Viertel des Preises kosteten und deutlich besser gepflegt waren. Die Ausstattungen z.B. waren zwar ebenfalls spärlich, aber nicht kaputt. Wir wollten uns am Ende des Urlaubs einmal mehr Komfort leisten, was wie beschrieben nicht möglich war.
