great stay I want to repeat next year!
Pros:

I had a great stay in Banyan Apartments. It was very quiet, 2 min from the beach, nice view - what else do you want? I am already planning to go back there. There is a kitchen and it is equipped so you can save money and prep breakfast in the apartment. The family owning the resort is fantastic.

Excellent location and very spacious apartments; highly recommended for families and divers
Pros:

This was our second stay at this property, and it remains our go-to spot on Koh Lipe. The location is unbeatable—just a few meters from the corner of Pattaya Beach. Since we visit the island to dive, having the Puravida Diving Centre literally 50 meters away is incredibly convenient.

For food, Daya Restaurant is right in front of the building and is easily one of the best local spots on the island. The apartments themselves are very spacious and comfortably accommodate four of us. We also made great use of the decently equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast each morning.

Cons:

While the apartment is great, it is starting to show a few signs of age and could benefit from a minor refresh. However, these are purely cosmetic details that didn't negatively impact our stay at all.

Good self catering family apartment on a quiet area away on Pattaya beach
Pros:

Lots of space for a family of 4. Kitchen good to keep drinks cold and free water everyday. Beds comfy and partial view of the sea. Located in a quiet area of Pattaya beach but easy walk along the beach to everything you need. Balcony with a drying rack and chairs. Nice friendly staff and cleaned towels offered but we only stayed 4 nights so not needed.

Cons:

Owners live below and the noise was unbearable at times. Resulted in a lot of broken sleep.
Air con only in bedrooms not living area.
Lots of smoke from fires lit by locals so don’t get to use the balcony as much as I would have liked.
No hooks in bathroom.
Very steep stairs to get to the apartment, which are ok if you’re fit.
Strong drain smell from the bathroom at times.
View obscured in the master bedroom by the roof of another apartment.
No bedside tables.

The hotel is very welcoming, the staff is kind and supportive with everything.
The room was big and clean, the kitchen well equipped. Laundry service is great and fair priced.

Ehdottomasti hintalaatusuhteeltaan täysi 10.
Pros:

Merinäköalallinen huone 4 sängyllä oli täydellinen nelihenkiselle perheelle. Lasten sängyt olivat eri tasoissa, joten lapset saivat nukkua rauhassa, vaikkakin samassa huoneessa. Neliöt oli käytetty erinomaisesti ja näkymä oli hieno. Sijainti oli loistava, minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja hyvältä ravintolalta, Walking Streetillekin pääsee kävellen suht helposti. Muualle pääsi helposti moottoripyörätuktukilla. Valitsisin tämän sijainnin koska vaan saarella uudelleen. Joka päivä sai tuoreet vesipullot huoneeseen.

Cons:

Kuvissa olevia palmuja ei enää ole (vain reunoilla), eli kuvat taitavat olla hieman vanhat. Myöskään ihan noin turkoosia vettä ei näy parvekkeelta. Lähin kauppa on Walking Streetillä, eli kauppareissuun menee vähintään puoli tuntia.

Great apartments, everything you need, large and spacious, with a kitchen, which is a bonus. The location is a bit out of traffic, but that's a big bonus for me, 1 minute from the beach. Great staff. I would come back again!

Pretty perfect and good value
Pros:

We were in apartment B2 which was very private and had amazing far reaching views across the sea. It is a studio apartment but the kitchen has a sliding door so it does make it more practical as it is a separate room. The bed was very comfortable and there is a dining table with a couple of chairs and a sofa, there is also a big television (we never used it) and a wardrobe and some cupboards so you can put everything away so it doesn’t feel cluttered. The kitchen is small but with a large fridge freezer and has everything you might need to make simple snacks or breakfast. The bathroom is quite big and has shower gel and shampoo with liquid soap on the sink. Our balcony was big with a table and chairs, a very handy and large drying rack and a hammock. The staff were incredibly kind and sweet and the cleaning was done every two days with a complete change of linens, towels and beach towels, there is also some sun beds on the beach that are offered on a first come first serve basis. The guy that I think is in charge is lovely, very helpful and he took my husband a couple of times to the supermarket for supplies in his tuktuk. We felt very safe and comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Cons:

Just a couple of things, no bedside tables to put a book, glasses etc. (we used the dining chairs) and the sofa although spotlessly clean as is the rest of the apartment is a bit shabby on the arms (a throw would work perfectly).
