Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.

One of the highlights for me was the bed — it was exceptionally comfortable and made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

La gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant de l’hôtel, la chambre est fonctionnel et moderne.

Cons:

Étant donné que l’emplacement est hyper central, les bars sont juste à côté, donc jusqu’à 23h45 nous avons eu la musique dans la chambre.

They should improve how they organize the field trips. We booked the service and included a lunch box, but when we arrived at lunchtime, a family took all the lunch boxes and started picking through them and touching them. We had made it clear that we wanted vegetarian meals, but the family decided to give our food to their daughters, and we were left without any food.

Pros:

Chambre propre et spacieuse avec un lit très confortable.
Bien situé dans le centre, proche de tout.
Personnel adorable, on a eu une fuite d'eau venant du plafond dans la chambre mais ils nous ont trouvé une nouvelle chambre dans la foulée donc le service est très bien.

Cons:

Chambre au rez de chaussée donnant sur un couloir et complètement dans l'ombre (mur en face). Donc comme il y a du passage on doit fermer les rideaux et on ne peut pas vraiment aérer.
Pas d'isolation sonore donc on entend tout (musique le soir (pas très forte), le resto juste à côté, les enfants qui crient, les scooters...).
Au début on ne captait pas du tout le WiFi mais le personnel a très bien réglé le problème en déplaçant le boîtier WiFi dans notre chambre donc c'était nickel !

Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms smell of mold and are full of mosquitoes. As the rooms are at the back of the building, the heat builds up there and there are thousands of mosquitoes.
I was completely covered in mosquito bites.
It's a real mosquito plague!

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Der Kühlschrank hatte sogar ein Eisfach. Die Matratze war sehr bequem und der kleine Balkon mit Wäscheständer sehr praktisch. Ich war durchweg begeistert.

Хороший отель. Местоположение удобное. Номера чистые, есть все необходимое: кондиционер, душ, розеток в номере хватает. Каждый день дают 2 бутылки воды, полотенца меняют по просьбе и дают для пляжа, если необходимо. Персонал очень дружелюбный! Спасибо😊
