Parfait
Pros:

Meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait en Thaïlande jusqu’à présent.

La chambre était parfaitement propre, moderne et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires. Lit également très confortable.

La terrasse est agréable et vous êtes situé juste à côté de la mer et proche des animations de l’île.

Le personnel est serviable et prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’hôtel et de la chambre dès votre arrivée. Je recommande !

Nette Gegend, geringer Presi, aber auch geringe Ausstattung und Service
Pros:

Strandnähe wunderbar, Die Betten gut.
Das Hotel lag in zweiter Reihe, ähnlich einem Hinterhof. Ausblick fiel auf den Innenhof. Wasser wurde wie beschrieben nicht täglich gestellt. Für eine Familie mit 2 unterschiedlich alten Kindern zudem einer Behinderung war die Größe des Zimmers zu eng. Das Haus war hellhörig.
Vom Personal Johannes wir außer beim Check in und Check out nichts gehört und gesehen. Beides wurde eher schnell abgehandelt.
Die Lage und Gegend ist aber toll.

Cons:

Als Familienzimmer zu eng. Für Familien mit unterschiedlichen Altersklassen und /oder Besonderheiten ungeeignet.
Raumservice nur bei vorheriger Ankündigung, haben wir vergessen, deshalb gab es dieses nie.
Zurückhaltendes Personal.

l'emplacement proche du centre mais dans le quartier calme

l'accueil !!! merci de changer de personnel.....
attention pour les prochains voyageurs : passeport ou copie obligatoire pour tous les occupants et deposit de 1000 bth pour accéder à la chambre

מיקום טוב ומיטה נוחה

הצוות לא נחמד בכלל
לא ניקו לנו את החדר אפילו פעם אחת , כשביקשנו מגבות לא הביאו לנו ואמרו לנו שיביאו מחר ולא הביאו .
כשהייתי צריכה עזרה בצק אאוט עם המזוודות אף אחד לא הגיע לעזור והייתי צריכה להרים לבד הכל

מיקום מצוין. חדר פשוט אבל מספק. קומה 1 נוף לרחוב עם זויות לים.

Cons:

אין בכלל מתקנים זה חדרים נטו. גם לא ארוחת בוקר. המיטה על יציקת בטון אז ממש צריך להיזהר לא להיתקע (ברור שנתקענו בלילה)..

Nos encantó este lugar. Es cierto que es caro, pero porque vinimos en temporada alta y encima navidades… y porque koh tao se está poniendo infumable de precios…
Pero la cama es comodísima, vinimos con mi madre mi tia y mi suegra y todos descansamos muchísimo. El personal de recepción es una maravilla. Te incluyen un transfer al puerto

La limpieza cada dos dias no fregan el suelo ni cambian sabana ni limpian a fondo

Not worth the price
Pros:

The location and the balcony is basically the only nice thing.

Cons:

Unfortunately not worth it, staff is not really friendly. When I asked for a second towel for the beaches I just got laughed at. There is only room service every 2 days which is also kind of disappointing. The room itself had many broken things (curtain, safe without batteries, sink). For the price you will get better options at the beach (Savage Hostel).
No 24/7 reception and it’s very roundabout to lock the door from inside (lock that is designed for it is not working) so the first night we felt kind off unsafe.
