I wouldn't do it again. But depends what you expect
Pros:

Location next to the pier (1) was nice and lovely kitty

Cons:

No solid glass windows so super loud. Especially in the morning when all the boats are leaving.
No curtains so bright as soon as the sun is up
Not even a normal light in the bathroom

super amazing and comfortable hostel. would love to come back again!
Pros:

the beds in the dorm were excellent. very spacious, good privacy, and a light and charging points. the location was also ideal. very close to everything and right on the beach. the place was cleaned often, and the lovely wall paintings were a bonus!

Cons:

there were always mosquitoes in the room, bathroom, and toilet (which was outside so completely understandable). but you just have to make sure you're always wearing mosquito repellent

Fantastic stay right near the pier, beautiful sunset
Pros:

Less than a minute walk from the ferry port. Super helpful staff. They let me check in early after a long journey from Bangkok and the lady who checked me in looked after me all day and let me stay in the bar once it was closed. Lovely bar & restaurant right on the beach. Comfy room & bed with good WiFi connection.

Cons:

My washing was mixed up with someone else’s but I don’t think that is the hotels fault, the lady on reception was helpful

No tenías personal 24h, la ducha es el propio baño, gente correteando a todas horas ya que está abierto desde la calle a la playa sin ningún control, el aire acondicionado goteando agua todo el rato en el suelo y aun yendo a limpiar no hacen nada, música por las noches alrededor y música del propio bar todo el día, la puerta de la habitación desencajada que da a la cafetería del otro lado…

But a little far from Sairee beach ~ 1 km . If u good ride not ur problem . This place near manys beautiful beach ~6-7 min.

Best place to stay in Koh Tao, friendliest staff!
Pros:

Friendliest staff ever who make your stay - Mae Mae was nothing but smiley, kind, and helpful. Great place to stay in Koh Tao on a budget but if you still want AC and clean rooms, highly recommend and would come back.

Geweldige accomdatie!
Pros:

Perfecte plek en je loopt.zo het strandje op, heerlijk! Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk!

Cons:

Jammer dat na 8 uur het restaurant al.dicht is. Het zou leuk zijn als je er savonds nog iets kan drinken
