Bon emplacement mais manque d’accueil/personnel sur place

L’emplacement

Cons:

- l’accueil inexistant: c’est géré par la pharmacie du rez de chaussée
- pas de transfert du port à l’hôtel contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le mail automatique de confirmation
- les photos ne correspondent pas: elles datent d’il y a plusieurs années, les chambres ont pris un coup de vieux -> moisissure dans la salle de bain, pommeau de douche défectueux
- pas de ménage pendant toute la semaine
- la chambre que j’avais réservé ne m’a pas été attribuée…

2年ぶりの滞在も快適でした
Pros:

サイリーエリアの中でも便利な場所にあり、夜は静かに過ごせます。部屋も共用部分も十分に清掃されていました。
共用部に調理器具や電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットがあるのがとても便利です。共用部のソファやテーブルで過ごせるのもリラックスできます。

Cons:

タオ島の宿泊施設はどこも同じだと思いますが、時々水道から水が出ない時があったり、シャワーの温度が低いことがありました。

Great place to stay on koh tao!
Pros:

Such a good location in terms of where all the popular things are and right near sairee beach, room was big and clean, good WiFi and nice outside area too
