Pros:

Viceroy team, especially Satyajit, was very helpful to us in our arrival process for our group. Twenty of us arrived from the US at the airport at various times. Satyajit expertly created our arrival transportation, aided in the taxis and shuttle. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and amazingly quiet given the noise outside. We also received support for our navigations to the train station as well as our return to the hotel for our airport departure at the end of our stay in Kolkata. The rooms are a good value - fairly priced and made our arrival easy to budget for. The location made it very easy to get from our international arrival flights to a place where we could rest at 2 am in the morning!

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Hotel had excellent breakfast options, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. The smaller room the lock inside the room door was missing. We had no issues despite this, and didn't inform staff as we arrived very late at night and we're keen to sleep.

Great location Near the Airport but Price is Not Reasonable
Pros:

The location is great. Near the airport (take around 15-20 mins in the cab). Comfy bed and tidy room. Cordial reception staff. Service delivery is prompt. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Wifi was good

The room was very small. The furnitures were old . The price of the room was high. Not good value for money.
