Good value for money overall
Pros:

Very friendly staff
Great breakfast
Hotel looks very nice, common areas are well maintained, clean, recently renovated
Good location

Cons:

The hallway & the room had a very weird, strong smell. I think it is coming from the carpets, regardless of how much we kept the windows open, the smell just didn’t go away

Cons:

Nie wiem jak obiekt otrzymal kategorizacje, gdyz ciezko bylo nosic walizki po stromych schodach by dostac sie na recepcje. Pokoj byl bardzo maly, unosil sie w nim zapach z toalety.

Personál príjemný. Poloha hotela fajn. Čistota výborná.

Cons:

Izba Economy mala tak vysoko okno, že celý čas sme sa cítili ako v suteréne. V hoteli bolo málo hostí, čiže si myslím, že sme mohli dostať izbu s normálnym oknom. TV sa pozerať nedala - neustále sekala. Raňajky slabý priemer, slabý výber a káva sa nedala piť. Výborné boli džúsy a citr.voda, slané pečivo.

Krásny a chutný pracovno-oddychový pobyt v čistom, teplom a voňavom hoteli 🤩
Pros:

Pobyt nedeľa až utorok
Konečne teplo na izbe a aj v celom hoteli
Krásna vôňa hneď pri vstupe do hotela
Krásna izba, je malá, ale pekne zariadená, dostatok svetla v izbe, celý hotel je pekne zariadený
Výborné raňajky, čerstvé slané a aj sladké pečivo, À la carte výber jedla špeciálne pripravené čestvé pre Vás, keď nás bolo pár v hoteli + studená misa, müsli, jogurty, sladké pečiva, ovocie, maslo, džem, med, Nutella, paštéty, normálne kvalitné dšúsy na pitie (žiadne zriedené vody/sirupy), kvalitné čaje, kávovar, mlieko aj bezlakto (spolu s jogurtmi v mini chladničke)
Druhý deň raňajok boli švédske stoly, všetkého bolo dosť, mohli ste prísť pokojne aj neskôr, mali aj úžasný čerstvý chrumkavý mäkkučký chlebík
Personál všetky dámy ústretové a milé
Parkovanie priamo pri hoteli
Do centra sa dá pekne popri hlavnej ceste zájsť, príjemná prechádzka, kto potrebuje je tu hneď aj MHD

Generally disappointing
Pros:

The room was clean. Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. Parking available free of charge.

Cons:

There was a very strong chemical smell, maybe of paint, wallpaper glue or something else, no idea what it was, but opening the window did not help. Outside there was a very loud noise, I suppose it may have been an air conditioning unit. I don’t know but it was very loud. Also water would not drain from the sink. I washed my hands and a pool of water just stayed in the sink. I pushed the water into the pipe with my hand a few times and it started draining, but unclogging a sink drain should not be my job. And finally, I felt the lady in the reception was rather unfriendly: no welcome, no smile, when I said in Polish I have a reservation - which sounds very similar in the Slovak and English language, she just kept staring at me as if in the hotel reception context I was asking her about her life story. Official rather than friendly. A bit surprising.

Pros:

Lokalita - priamo v centre, všade dostupné na pešo, raňajky super. Hotel moderný, čistý, personál veľmi milý a ochotný. nie je čo vytknúť, ak budem potrebovať určite si opäť vyberiem tento hotel.

Cons:

všetko bolo ok.
