Hałasy w nocy i imprezy w innych pokojach. Brak obsługi recepcji po 22.

Izby,aj celkovo hotel. Veľmi príjemný recepčný.

Cons:

Troška hlučný personál ráno pred šiestou, veľmi hlasno sa rozprávajú, nepomohlo ani zatvorenie okna.
To by som ich troška na to upozornila.

Jó volt az elhelyezkedes, sétálva mentünk a főtérre.A reggeli egész jo volt.

Cons:

A szobában az ablak felöli oldalon hányásszagot éreztem. A két ágyat összetoltuk es egy csomó kosz volt alatta. A szobában nincs hűtő.

Sehr sauber und gut!
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel, leider nicht zentral, wie angenommen. Personal bemüht, hat Zeit gekostet, obwohl wir extra online eingecheckt haben. Grandioses Frühstück!!!

Worst Reception staff I’ve ever seen in a Hotel!

The cleaning ladies were very helpful and nice!

Cons:

The staff from the Reception was incredibly rude and their only concern was always to get my money. In one morning a team off 2 workers and 1 supervisor came to the breakfast room to put 2 plugs over the food during the breakfast with us getting breakfast there… There is no refrigerator in the rooms and the Air Conditioning was smelling very bad. The toilet chair was broken and moving. And I can go on and on… The biggest problem was the stuff from the Reception and also the breakfast was incredibly bad… The scramble eggs looked like a soup and generally the food was poorly prepared. I hava nothing good to say about this place! A lot of workers were moving all day long through the entire Hotel… I’m not sure what they were fixing because the hotel was new. And always the workers were with a supervisor that was just doing nothing but stood there strangely!

Pros:

Номери невеликі, але зручні.
В спеку не вистачало холодильника. Рушники міняли щодня, чисто , постіль білесенька , подушка зручна.
Персонал привітний. Місцерозташування чудове, близько центр , старе місто і льодова арена.
Сніданок смачний.

Cons:

Запах!!!!! Жахливий запах чи то від ковроліна , чи від кондиціонера??? Причому спочатку він не заважав. Лише з третьої доби з'являється мігрень і відчуття інтоксикації.
Персонал намагається з цим боротися за допомогою хімічних ароматизаторів, але це тільки погіршує ситуацію і ти вже не розумієш , чи то воняє ковролін, чи дере в горлі від хімічних аерозолей..
Не допомагає навіть цілодобово відкрите вікно
При прибиранні номера покоївка розптлює на чисті поверхі аєрозоль- дезенфіктант з неприємним запахом
