An exceptional experience from start to finish
Pros:

Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the food, the facilities, and most importantly, the amazing staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A special thank you for the wonderful birthday surprise arranged in our room. The champagne and birthday cake were a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special and memorable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness of the team.
We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Având in vedere ca am fost primi oaspeți pe anul 2026 in prima zi am avut masa a la cart..

Pros:

Liniștea și serviciile ireproșabile, iar personalul exemplar.

Cons:

Daca mai era un rand de șezlonguri la plaja, existand si spatiul necesar, s-ar fi evitat toate problemele cu gasirea lor. O zi din cele 7 am venit mai tarziu la plaja, la 10:00..asa ca nu am gasit șezlong. A trebuit sa car singur 2 din cele de langa bar si sa le asez inghesuite pe unde am gasit loc. In rest totul de nota 10+, un concediu reușit!

Pros:

Hotel itself, the room, the view, cleanliness, the food, beach, staff. The hotel prepared us a room with a crib and baby shampoo and shower gel - rarely seen. Everything was spotlessly clean. A truly great customer service.

Cons:

Food was a bit of a mixed bag. You could always find something to eat but sometimes it fell short. A bit more of salt could be welcome. There is no beach bar and although the beach is close to the hotel, with a small child it's a bit difficult. The pool was icy cold, only once it got warmer because it was hot outside. Same applies to the baby pool. When meals were served, opening the windows on the terrace produced a very disturbing draft of air where meals were served. Again, maybe not a problem for most but not good for children.
