Well kept hotel in the centre of town
Pros:

Nice hotel located centrally with easy access to transport and places of interest. The 10% discount given at the restaurant for guests were welcome

Cons:

Cannot complain about anything except that the shower over the bath was difficult to operste and is highrisk for older people

Great Break Away Overall
Pros:

Location was exceptional, right in the heart of where it was happening, clean and really nice rooms, breakfast was good providing you got down before 9.30 before things started running out.

Cons:

We were given a 10% discount voucher to use for drinks and meals within the hotel, but 1 of the waitresses didn't honour this and then cheekily then asked if she could keep the near €20 from the €100 we handed over as a tip, we ripped the voucher up after that and never ate or drank there after that incident which is a shame because we really liked the hotel, just didn't appreciate the way she had been with us.

I love Slovak people
Pros:

The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is in the centre of the old town.
The buffet breakfast is very good

Cons:

I cannot say anything negative about the hotel, however a shower instead of the bath and handshower will be a winner for older guests
