Pros:

Convenient, nice and strategic place. Carpeted floor is what I love the most. Room is big and enough space for my baby and toddler to play.

Cons:

Got water drench the carpet when raining and the bathroom floor is soapy and dangerous. Almost slipped.

Everything was good except that the air conditioner was too noisy. Unfortunately, the room I got had this issue, although it was still cold.
