This property is Okay for couples and solo travelers only. Not great for a family visit.
Pros:

The best thing is this property just near Kuantan art street, Kuantan 188 and just opposite Kuantan Merdeka. The location of the property helpful to navigate the town.

Cons:

This property didn't have any window and rooms walls and washroom seems to be dated. The bed was not in the nicest condition.

Pros:

Surprising that the lobby not provided with visitors toilet

Cons:

As checked in was very late, i thought slightly late checked out was entertained. Even one hour late check out comes in with flat rate of rm10/hr.

easy to access. bawah ada 7e. walking distance ke mahkota square, bank2 berdekatan. senang nak check in. ada heater, ada 3in1 coffee. (biasa hotel bajet takde)

Cons:

1. katil tinggal spring je. mcm tido atas besi. gerak sikit bunyi mcm katil roboh.

2. waktu check in minta deposit rm 53. tp pulang rm 50je rm3 dia cakap servis charge. tp servis charge dah byr dekat apps booking.
