Location right on the NH . Easily accessible when travelling from Mangalore side towards Bangalore .

Nice food items during B fast and meals times .

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is the transit point for all KSTDC and KSTRC bus for food break .

Full busy loads of people arrive every few hours ..But they did not disturb the hotel residents .

Pros:

Room space and comfort, very comfortable location, Car parking space is good, nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Good for family and vacation

Cons:

Wifi connectivity is poor, food options are very limited, and needed to get with only available food. Quality of food has been moderate.

Fantastic and lovely place outside Bengaluru
Pros:

The campus is lush green and it is surrounded by trees everywhere. We felt like staying in a jungle resort

Cons:

The level of cleanliness could have been better as we found the bed and mattress were bit dirty
