Удобное расположение отеля. Есть выход к реке. Парковка вдоль улицы. В номерах чисто, свежий ремонт, номера не большие, но всё необходимое есть. Мы были компанией 4 взрослых и один ребёнок. Нас разместили в двух номерах- двух и трёх местном. В трёх местном номере был холодильник.

Nice simple place
Pros:

Nice guesthouse, nice location. Wonderful bed. Not noisy at all!
We made a mistake (check out one day later) and they helped us and were extremely honest and nice with us.
!!! If you can get a room with a balcony on th river !!!

Cons:

Kutaisi was very humid, thanks god they had air conditioning working nicely in the room

Place Amazing, views breathtaking. Lovely host.
Pros:

Amazing place, in the city centre, just by the river. Host was super helpful and nice. We had good communication.

Beautiful building in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and the building was beautiful. It was so very picturesque and the view of the river was amazing. The beds were comfy and the room was clean, the bathroom was a good size and there was good water pressure in the shower. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kutaisi, it was only a 5 minute walk into the center of the city.

Overall, excellent value for money, the hosts are very friendly and helpful!
Pros:

Location is excellent, city centre with all shops, restaurants and amenities around!

Cons:

Consider maybe installing a tv in the room for those rainy nights and the Wi-Fi signal was not so strong in our room.
