Pros:

Very convenient central location in Kutaisi almost next to the shuttle service, and beds were comfortable. Also, the driving service marshrutkas is a nice touch, because everyone will need it to get places outside city. The place has a style that would shock Westerners, and if one looks past this, it's a nice stay.

Cons:

It was interesting to think that if we provide an arrival time, that the place could have been warmed up 5-10 before. While it wasn't too bad, we left again to see the city, and came back to have the space warm enough to sleep.

Very good location, in central Kutaisi, near all facilities, bazaar, restaurants. Very helpful owner, he can do some excursion near Kutaisi and also he brought as to airport for very good price.

L'emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

On voit très peu le personnel, il faut payer cash et annuler la réservation comme toujours en Géorgie.
Le taxi promis depuis l'aéroport n'est pas arrivé.

Hotel położony w doskonałej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Może Was zabrać na wycieczkę po okolicy także nie warto rezerwować na różnych platformach. Pokój przestronny, dobrze wyciszony od głośnej ulicy, pościel czyściutka, klima działa bez zarzutu. Polecam

Cons:

Jedyny minusik za łazienkę. Można byłoby nad nią troszkę popracować bo przy kąpieli wszystko jest zalane. Ale to chyba specyfika gruzińskich łazienek, że brak zasłonek 😀

The staff were very friendly and accommodating but my room was awful so Ieft a day earlier.
Pros:

The communal area was fine and is like it in the photos.

Cons:

I upgraded to the room with en suite facilities but it wasn’t very clean, the walls had noticeable water damage and it smelt. The shower was broken also.
