Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch und ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wirklich sehr sehr gut, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit direkt von der Garage auf die Zimmer zu kommen.
Man muss einen Weg durch den SPA- Bereich nehmen, was in meinen Augen für etwas Unruhe, in einem sonst so entspannten Umfeld, sorgt. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer benötigt sehr lange, um die Raumtemperatur von leider nur 21 Grad (weiter geht es nicht runter) zu erreichen.

Erholsam, genial, ansprechend, top!
Pros:

Im „FAYN“ läuft offensichtlich vieles richtig und das zeichnet ein gutes Haus aus. Persönliche Begrüßung und Umgang mit dem Gast, hochmotivierte Küchencrew (Sonderwünsche werden problemlos erfüllt), das gesamte Team harmoniert sehr und das ist spürbar. Der „Wohlfühlfaktor“ wird noch gehoben durch einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten samt Pool und SPA-Anlage. Bei so viel Charme ist ein Wiedersehen garantiert.

Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel élégant et intimiste.
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses et bien équipées.
Très beau jardin et belle terrasse.
On mange très bien. Excellente qualité de produits.
Parking souterrain un plus par week-end de canicule.
C’est un 4 étoiles plus !

Pros:

SPA molto bella e rilassante. Possibilità di prendere bici che purtroppo ci è saltata causa maltempo. Cucina di livello anche se abbiamo gradito maggiormente i piatti a buffet. Staff gentile e presente

La illuminazione del bagno è scenica ma non ottimale per operazioni di trucco.
E poi una piccola scemenza: Arrivati nel pomeriggio, abbiamo disfatto velocemente le valigie per una veloce sauna e seguente cena. Al rientro in stanza abbiamo scoperto che la stessa era stata rassettata con relativa candela accesa. Una carineria a cui non eravamo preparati, sicuramente gradita ma che ci ha un pochino imbarazzati per l indicibile confusione che avevamo lasciato in stanza, mia moglie è quasi svenuta dalla vergogna 😆😆. Consiglierei di avvisare del doppio servizio in stanza.

Kleines feines Hotel, gehobene Klasse….die kleinen Doppelzimmer spiegeln den Rest vom Hotel nicht ganz wieder.
Pros:

Kleines Hotel mit guter Busanbindung an Meran und wunderschönem Spa Bereich und Außenpoolanlage. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Abendessen Sterneküche, vielleicht etwas zuviel Zauberei auf dem Teller.

Cons:

Doppelzimmer zur Tiefgaragen Seite sehr klein und eher keine 4 Sterne, auch von der Inneneinrichtung her normaler Standard. Keine Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu kochen ( immer unten geholt) . Aussenpool fast Badewannen Temperatur, bietet an heißen Tagen wenig Abkühlung.
