They confirm your booking, but when you arrive, don't allow you to check in, if you are not Chinese.
Cons:

I arrived in time, and when I wanted to check in, I was told at the reception, that people holding a foreing (not Chinese) passport, are not allowed to stay in the hotel. This came as a very unpleasant surprise, and I still don't understand why they confirmed my booking, and why are they still available at booking.com, and not mention this at the first place. I didn't have any choice but to find another hotel.
