Beautiful chateau hotel with amazing rooms but lacking any atmosphere
Pros:

Quiet location, mostly excellent staff

Ein Ort, um sich nach einer langen Autoreise zu erholen.
Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, der Park und das außergewöhnlich umsichtige Personal.
Leider hatte das Restaurant geschlossen, doch der Zimmerservice hat es ausgeglichen und ich konnte das Abendessen auf meiner Terrasse genießen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hervorragender Camenbert, frisch gepresster Saft, Silbertablett und Silberkanne, Stoffservierte, ich fühlte mich wie Queen Mum.

Halte très agréable, le parc et le calme et la restauration sont vraiment top !
Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, très beau parc, au calme, accès très facile à une borne électrique pour mon véhicule.
Le soir, nous avons mangé au restaurant du château et nous nous sommes régalés.
Nous reviendrons.

Huge room! Nice bed, room service, nice staff.

Cons:

This is a personal thing, but the shower is also the bath, this makes it a little awkward to use the shower. Getting in and out etc. Ditch the bath and just place a nice big shower tray there.

Pros:

Residenza di charme, circondata da un meraviglioso parco. Staff cordialissimo, stanze ampie pulite con tutto il necessario comprese ciabattine e accappatoio. Colazione buona con materie prime a km 0.

Pros:

Die besondere Atmosphäre im Schloss. Der große Park. Sehr gut war das teilweise servierte Frühstück mit frischen, regionalen Produkten. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen im Zimmerservice

Leider gab es kein Bidet.

albergo molto fascinoso, con zone comuni di grande effetto, immerso nel verde Abbiamo dormito nella depandance che comunque è carina e accogliente. La nostra stanza grande e comoda.
Colazione strepitosa, molto ricca e molto ben preparata con grande attenzione al dettaglio e cameriera gentilissima, come del resto tutto il personale.
Noi eravamo in viaggio itinerante per cui abbiamo dormito solo una notte, di passaggio, ed è stata soluzione ottimale.
Purttroppo non abbiamo potuto cenare li perche forse di domenica il ristorante è chiuso. ci sarebbe piaciuto perchè le sale da pranzo sono davvero "sontuose"

Strutura stupenda immersa in un parco meraviglioso. Colazione ottima in ambienti d'epoca. Parcheggio gratuito.

Avevamo chiesto espressamente l’aria condizionata viste le temperature altissime: quando siamo arrivati l’aria condizionata non funzionava e ci hanno proposto un ventilatore.

N'est pas 5* qui veut ! Cela se mérite.
Pros:

L'idée promise d'un séjour tel que décrit sur le site de l'établissement : publicité ciblée, marketing étudié, contacts préalables appréciés, photos superbes. Du rêve....dangereux, lorsqu'il n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Cons:

La pitoyable soirée pourrie par un diner servi dans des conditions de temps intolérables qui ont totalement éclipsé l'image idyllique promise avec brio.
Avertis dans l'après-midi par un appel tph de l'hôtel nous proposant une réservation à diner au premier service de 19h15/30, nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 .
Le cauchemar a commencé :
Apéritif demandé à 19h35. Invités à attendre sur la terrasse où déjà une dizaine d'autres clients avaient déjà été parqués pour attendre.... A 20h10 , nous avons enfin été entendue par un(e) barman éphémère, totalement occupée à servir en salle, Pour nous occuper, nous avons pu consulter vers 20h20 un menu et une carte des vins. L'apéritif est finalement arrivé 15 minutes après.
A 20h50, nous avons été invités à rejoindre notre table pour attendre encore 30' avant de subir une présentation fastidieuse des qualités de chaque plat du menu proposé, habilement déclamée pour nous faire encore patienter..
A 21h30, notre repas commandé, nous avons repris espoir. Que nenni ! le ballet des couverts, la danse des petits pains, la
pernicieuse question " tout va bien, messieurs, dames : on s'occupe de vous tout de suite " nous coûteront encore 20 minutes, mal récompensées par une bouteille de vin rouge, tenue à distance....pour nous faire languir ?
A 21h50, début de notre diner gastronomique né d'un menu somme simple ( deux choix ), mais heureusement de grande qualité. A raison de 15 minutes entre chaque plat, nous avons clos notre diner à 22h30.
Epuisés, mais heureux... d'en avoir terminé.
Ce trop long commentaire trouve son explication dans la totale désorganisation du service de restauration qui, faute de personnel , n'a pu faire face, le soir du 15 Août ( nécessairement de haute fréquentation ) à la quinzaine de couples qui ont subi le même traitement.
Faire des économies de personnel au détriment de la qualité du service est inacceptable.
