L’hotel è molto bello, accogliente e pulito, esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. La posizione è ideale, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, perfetta per chi desidera esplorare Lagundo e i suoi dintorni.
La piscina e l’area spa sono tra i punti di forza della struttura, entrambe curate nei dettagli e davvero rilassanti. Dopo una giornata di escursioni è stato un vero piacere potersi concedere qualche ora di relax in un ambiente così piacevole.
Nel complesso il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato i consigli che ci sono stati dati su cosa vedere e fare nei dintorni, molto utili per organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

Cons:

Complessivamente la colazione è stata buona e più che sufficiente. Tuttavia, il caffè non era all’altezza delle aspettative e suggerirei di arricchire l’offerta con qualche prodotto fresco o fatto in casa, piuttosto che affidarsi principalmente a quelli confezionati.
Un piccolo episodio spiacevole si è verificato una mattina, quando c’è stata un'incomprensione con la cameriera riguardo a un semplice caffè macchiato. L’episodio in sé non ha avuto particolari conseguenze per noi, ma abbiamo trovato inopportuno che la dipendente venisse rimproverata davanti agli ospiti. Crediamo che situazioni del genere vadano gestite con maggiore discrezione.
