Overll it was good
Pros:

We stayed here for our anniversary. The overall stay was okay, but the food was really good and definitely the highlight for us. The staff was courteous and supportive. We appreciate the team’s efforts.

Nice stay with Family

Big rooms; nice breakfast; polite and helpful staff; beautiful garden.

Cons:

I had called a few days before and specifically requested for non-smoking rooms as we had a small baby with us, but it seems they hadn’t taken any action on this. We got a nice room but from the bathroom we got strong cigarette smell.

Bed sheets were clean but had stained spots.

Floor carpets are extremely dirty; need to be replaced.

We had dinner buffet. Food was good but they need to increase the spread.

They need to have a lounge in front of reception for guests to sit. There are no sofas or chairs.

I had informed that we are coming for our anniversary, but there was no acknowledgment of it from the hotel. They need to be a bit more caring about their guests.

Lovely
Pros:

I came with my dad and wanted to surprise him, so I called Ramada before our visit to pay in advance, making sure they wouldn’t mention anything about payment in front of me. They arranged a payment method and confirmed everything beforehand. That’s what I really liked the most about them.

Cons:

Valet parking is a bit slow. The car should ideally arrive before we reach the main gate, but we had to wait quite a while to get our car back.
