Персонал вначале сообщил что номеров нет (несмотря на подтвержденное бронирование), затем предложил варианты комнат не соответствующие подтвержденному бронированию. Горячей воды по факту не было. Номер не очень чистый, все поверхности пыльные. Сильный шум с оживленной улицы.

The location.
The toilet mat was made of rubber. Due to which water from the bathroom was spilling all over the room. We’re not able to clean the dirt from our slippers properly. So suggesting the hotel guys to place a door mat made of fabric.
Very bad experience, nothing provided better as per paid 2100/- for 12 hours .
I never chequed in no parking out .very straight stairs that I was unable to climb
There is lot of things I didn’t liked at all.First of all,they don’t provide basic amenities like towel,toiletries even water.There was lack of water supply in bathroom.and considering the price and booking a deluxe room the room was horrible .not even a 1percent like the picha.AC was functioning but in a very degraded condition with no remote control.bedsheets were torn.and room was not at all clean
