Very accomodating.
Gave good advice regarding food.
Were chilled out and not in a hurry even regarding payment.

Nothing room is very small so don't fall for the internet pics

Cons:

No privacy, hotel receptionist behaviour is toxic, mannerless and uncivilized 👎they take the customers phone forcefully and give the ratings self and after they argue so don't give your phone in any person for any work.

Pathetic place not to be called as hotel

I’m sharing my personal experience after spending two days at this hotel in Shimla. These were some of the worst days of my life. I have never seen such a poorly maintained and unhygienic hotel before. The cleanliness was appalling, and the service was absolutely zero. This hotel should be banned from being listed on online booking platforms.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It’s nothing more than a short-stay lodge, primarily catering to unmarried couples — and even that, of a very low standard.
