Die Lage war gut. Das ins Zimmer kommen nicht an eine Zeit gebunden, da es mittels Code funktioniert.

Kein Duschbad, kein Shampoo, das Bett war ganz schön durchgelegen.

Pros:

Gemütliches Bett, alles sauber und ordentlich; gut gedämmte Fenster, sowohl vom Straßenlärm als auch von Zimmernachbarn nur wenig gehört. Klar, es ist ein einfaches Hotel - aber Preis-Leistung sehr fair, daher gute Bewertung.

Cons:

Man hätte Staub wischen können und die Wände bräuchten mal einen neuen Anstrich, Spinnenwebe an der Decke und das Flurlicht funktioniert nicht stellenweise.

Fulfilled my expectations.
Pros:

The location is close to the University premises, less than 2km walking distance, and can be reached comfortably by bus both from the central station, the inner city, and the University/ UKSH area. Access to the hotel was sent by text-message, which enables arrival at any time.

Cons:

The web-site mentions optional breakfast, but it did not seem to be available (there was no breakfast room). There are several bakeries close-by with good and affordable breakfast, so this was not a problem.

Large room, well furnished (small table, desk, two chairs, sofa in addition to bed). Roomy bathroom. Very clean. Pristine condition. Close to university campus.

Cons:

No breakfast (clearly specified on Booking.com). No soap or shampoo (not clearly stated on Booking.com). Supermaket REWE around the corner, so not such a big issue.
