Inakzeptabler Service auf einer Großbaustelle.
Cons:

Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, gab es per email einen Hinweis, dass es durch Umbaumassnahmen zu Lärmbelästigung kommen könnte. Dort angekommen zeigte sich, dass das gesamte Erdgeschoss kernsaniert wurde und man ging über einen Rohbau zu den provisorischen Theresen. Um 18:30 wurde immer noch mit Presslufthammer gearbeitet. Da kurz vorher offenbar die Feuermeldereinrichtung beschädigt wurde, gab es dann einen Feuerwehreinsatz. Ohne, dass ich gefragt worden wäre, sollte ich in ein anderes Hotel der Firma an den Bahnhof umgebucht werden. Und ich könnte doch die Buslinie 7 zu meiner geplanten Veranstaltung Nöhe Berliner Platz nehmen.
Vieles kann mal passieren, aber man sollte zumindest vorab erfahren, ob das Hotel, dass man bucht, eine Großbaustelle ist.

Ett trevligt hotell.
Jag har varit där flera gånger och de håller på att modernisera det. Perfect met grattis parkering.

Booking og B&B hotel spiller ikke sammen.
Cons:

Ankom til en byggeplads. Reception var fuld af murestøv. Det var ikke muligt at få morgenmad selvom det stod man kunne købe det eller book det med i prisen. (Testet dagen før ankomst).
Blev henvist til et andet B&B hotel i byen. Hvor jeg selv skulle lægge betaling ud. Men har 7 dage efter ikke modtaget refunderet betaling.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne neue renovierte Zimmer, sehr freundliches Servicepersonal.

Cons:

Wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir es gewusst hätten dass es im Umbau ist. So der erste Eindruck, also Eingangsbereich war wirklich schlimm.

Pros:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schlecht. Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, war das kostenlose Parken.

Cons:

Ich war vier Tage (drei Nächte) dort und habe dreimal darum gebeten, dass mein Zimmer gereinigt wird – aber es wurde nie gemacht. Ich musste vier Tage lang im schmutzigen Zimmer bleiben, was wirklich unangenehm war.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir einen besseren Service und mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Das Personal hat auf meine Bitten kaum reagiert. Sehr enttäuschend – ich werde nicht wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
