Pros:

Quarto ótimo! Profissionais educados, ambiente familiar, ótimo custo benefício, café da manhã excelente! Entrega oq promete, considerando o preço, recomendo! A localização foi oq mais me deixou satisfeita, tendo em vista que fica próximo de tudo, conta com sorveteria ao lado e outras pela proximidade, dar pra fazer quase tudo a pé! Todos as corridas de Uber custam de oito a dez reais, pois é de fato muito próximo a Pajuçara, ponta verde e ao parque shopping, por exemplo.

Cons:

O único lado ruim, mas é só tomar mais cuidado e ter mais atenção, é a garagem, pois é mais estreita!
