Pros:

It s near the border and near the council . Very good to walk to the market and convenient

Cons:

The staff isn’t at the front desk .you have to call

Die Lage, Parkplatz, grosszügiger Raum. Sicher eher 20 als 2m Quadratmeter😁. Alles da, was man braucht. Sauber. Personal freundlich.

A home in Mae Sai
Pros:

The location is great! Easily accessible by a songthaew and near the border area. The room was very spacious as well. Even if the staff don't speak English well, they were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The door to the toilet didn't lock properly, but I didn't really mind that much.

Good service and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was at the far end near the street, and it was quite noisy. It was difficult to sleep with the loud bikes passing by so often.
Also, the bathroom was extremely small.
