The only thing that let's the whole place down is the sketchy Internet.
Thay have been testing to sort it when we were here, but that's the only thing.

Arrived. Greated by super friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so we grabbed a cold beer and was told it would ready in "longer than 5 minutes but definitely no more than 15 mins" 30 mind layer it was ready and our bags were in pur room.
So India.
Room was great, pool refreshing aka cool lol but good.
We had a breakfast package.
The Indian food onbthe breakfast was stunning. Chickpea curry stuffed paratha and Puri.
Scrambled eggs were really good as well plus toast fresh fruit tea coffee etc.
Deffo recommend staff brilliant.
We kept extending our stay

Cons:

the only very slight negative was the bath in our room had been repaired and the bottom of the bath felt a little flimsy. But that is a minor thing for management to think about poss changing.

A little smaller but great.
Staff amazing and the chef is top drawer.
We ate in the hotel restaraunt twice and the food was amazing.
100% recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The room looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.
The pool was great and very well maintained. I especially loved the bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and everything in the room was clean and well organized.
Overall, everything was up to the mark and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely little hotel near mandrem. We had a 🌹 very good stay here. The staff are cheerful and obliging. The pool area and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would certainly recommend this place as a good base for exploring Goa. Ask for Kapil as he provides good taxi and car hire service.

Cons:

First room had problem with water but they quickly changed our room. Thanks much appreciated

Pros:

Hey there ! The property was at very nice , clean and calm location that was positive for us and there was a markit place very near that was more plus point over all was excellent for is would like to come again in future 🤩

Only one thing what was the minus point it was pool 🏊 mostly found unclean water and pool floor also need to clean!!!About food it was very delicious 🤤 that i like the most

Рекомендую, нормальный отель, расположение хорошее, есть бассейн, ребята на ресепшене помогут в любой ситуации! Прям в отеле есть прокат байков , а также такси, вас встретят и отвезут в аэропорт! Тихо, спокойно! Я лично был здесь уже 2 раза! За такие деньги лучше не найти!

Overall it was a good experience. We had a nice getaway with my group of friends. We all liked it.
Pros:

The room was clean. There were good facilities. I like the sitting area around the pool. Bed Size was good as mentioned. Staff was friendly and we had to check out a little late which was allowed , so thanks to that.

Cons:

The pool looked a little dirty. the room was not very spacious as in there were 2 beds in the room but moving around freely was not possible
